You might want to try a spread when your hands are farther apart, this is very comfortable for ME and most players.Odaril wrote:
For those of you who play on a keyboard, what is your key configuration ? I have a very hard time passing fast parts with red-red-red-blue-blue etc things.
Mine is :
Blue left : r
Blue rught : u
Red left : t
Red right : y

Agreed. Actually even on osu!standard, my z/x keys are actually 2 keys apart.MittenMasterzz wrote:

My Taiko keys are:
Don Left = d
Katsu Left = a
Don Right = Numpad4
Katsu Right = Numpad6
My arms hate each otherMittenMasterzz wrote:

I think this post is going to be written by other people :3
Umm???
Maybe, there should contain some more infos ;_;
inb4, I use d,f,j,k
I agree with you, but taiko follows the osu standard system a bit and I don't think it can be changed, it happened to me too when my DT+HID SS couldn't beat a normal SS on a short songkvnyaoi wrote:
guys guys, does anyone reckon it's whack that dendens are extended in hard rock??
because a hidden SS will score a little less than a hard rock SS.
i know it's supposed to make it dendens harder to complete but come on, it's just bloody free points.

I play Q (A on qwerty keyboard) and S for Don and J K for Kat
I wonder if someone but me is playing like this (I mean, left hand for Don and the other for Kat).
Perhaps it's a bad practice, but i'm quite used to now...
Should I start playing like everyone?
Thanks, I will.Zekira wrote:
But I recommend you do try the normal setup... some maps are just too insane without it...
I second that. I was inspired to play CtB sometimes because of its achievements.ShaggoN wrote:
I think Taiko mode should have couple of own achievements.
I think those TBA achievements will be dedicated for Taiko.E-Hooker wrote:
has peppy ever denied taiko achievements?

I am using X C + numpad 1 numpad 2
Very comfortable for me.
that's similar to mine, just mine are spread out farther. my netbook is small, and since the keyboard and my hands are small, it just works out better.Backfire wrote:
Now my keys are different, and a set up I reccomend to everyone. cvnm.
