Easy:
you left too many long-white-lines without any notes, that may make the player feel weird something. Try to consider this but I'll not point them out in the bellow because they are too many;_;
00:09:845(2) maybe a slider from 00:09:485 to 00:09:845 instead of this note? if you do this, also change 00:11:282(5) to a slider from 00:11:282 to 00:11:641
00:28:168(2) add one more reverse?
01:12:360(1) why not make the spinner here: 01:13:797(or 01:13:617)~01:15:952, hten add some notes to fill up the time the spinner used to be?
02:00:324(2,3) I strongly suggest you to change these two notes to a slider, for it's very confusing, especially to the beginners.

Normal+:
00:01:941(1) wow too many reverses, maybe stop this slider at 00:02:839, then add 3 notes at 00:03:018, 00:03:198, 00:03:378?

Good jod and not anything weird to me.
Just two suggestions:
1. About the volumn begin at 00:26:555 and 00:40:927, why not make them to 5? I think they're a bit too low now.
2. You'd better make the KIAI time the same as other diffs. But even if you don't want them to be the same, you at least should make the KIAI start and end at the long-white line. Now your first two KIAIs don't end at the long-white lines and BATs and MATs used to complain about this issue.
3. You'd better check the new combos, I think the combos now are very random...
That's all I can say.:)

Also just some nazis:
1. Random new combos again;_;
2. Random patterns. I do suggest you to creat more regular patterns, or make the random partterns into nicer shapes. A tip: don't just use circles, use more sliders. They are 569:104 now, I think more balance on circles and sliders are easier for making a good map.
3. The same KIAI issue as Hard.

Insane:
Good job.
But still the KIAI issue: the end time of the last KIAI are not at the long-thite line. What's more, you are more strongly asked to make the same KIAI as Easy and Normal+ for these 3 are all your own diffs.

Good enough for rank compared to some ranked maps imo, so have a star~

Sorry for the late mod-for-mod! I think I will focus on the general style of the diffs.

Insane (I failed in 0.3 minute, so I went thru it by Autoplay)
:!: Even with Autoplay, for more than 25% of the play length the Kiai bar is not full enough (filled >80%)
Think about lowering the drain rate, coz this imposes great difficulty to players of even next to perfect skills.
:arrow: Stacked items is... erm... weird, some have long gaps that is totally strange to have w.r.t. to the quick pace of the diff.
