Personally, with these long songs with videos, I don't think we need to worry about people with slow computers because chances are they're not going to download the long video, and a 14 MB long video is much easier to play than a 14 MB short video. Instead, it would be nice to use h.264 and a 10-12 MB size. It will look nicer and download faster. Even though the limit on video maps is 20 MB, it's nice to keep it around or under 10 if possible.

I didn't like the difficulty of this. HP, AR, OD all could probably be 7 rather than 8. Certainly AR could be 7. That drops total score to 8.3 million, but I think this song is too slow for AR 8. And the circle size could probably decrease 1 as well, especially since hard is normal size and this is extra big.

Seems okay with the difficulty, though if insane drops in difficulty, this should too. It's already pretty difficult, and could probably be called hard+ or insane.
Normally you'd use a clap to put in a snare hit rather than replace the default hitsound with timing sections...
02:25:053 - do you have to use such a low volume here? I mean mezzo piano (60) to forte (90) is still a pretty noticeable difference, no need to drop it down to pianissimo (20).

-Go through and make sure all your timing sections are correctly snapped, it seems to be causing some 0.5 errors. Also make sure your spacing makes sense in general to players~
