00:21:931 (1) - the 4/1 sliders really don't feel good imo, since previously you were mapping beat pretty consistently (well as consistent as you can with 1/1 lol), having it as one long slider doesn't really fell too good. If you were to keep these though, keep in mind you should still try to emphasize beats being slid on, for example, 00:22:840 - you might want to make a sharp directional change on the slider here, applies to all sliders I think I do wanna keep them since it adds a bit of variety and also follows the pretty heavy guitar strum, i will add sharp angles on the beats though
00:34:658 (2) - I think the best choice for rhythm here would be a 1/1 repeat slider, followed by a single note. While this does defeat you trying to follow the vocals, the thing is, the vocals can't really be followed well on easy. making it reverse doesnt emphasis much on this section unlike some parts like 01:13:748 (1) - this and 00:20:113 (3) - because you use reverse mostly on parts that has vocals throughout and the reverse slider that I pointed out (the one that I recommend you to change) only has vocals on the first tick and not the rest (I hope you understand the explanation xd) might change this, if i do this suggestion i don't have a way of keeping the flow into the next section and lose a bit of consistency slider wise, but i understand what you mean by theres no vocal and only drum here
and if you really like hs and care about them
maybe put the snare onto ticks like this 01:06:476 (1) - since it is missing some important elements in the song (followed by the rest of the sliders that are similar to this) again maybe, i kinda like the default hs on this one tbh lmaoNM00:23:749 (3) - preferably make the slider's mid anchor placed at 168 | 324 for a better angle placement because the previous note doesnt flow with with the slider's angle (best make it straight so that it flows from its previous stuff AND its next stuff) done

00:36:476 (1) - this is optional but it does looks better if its straight i didn't fully straighten it out but i made the curve less aggressive (also change curve direction for better flow into (2)
01:12:385 (2,3,4) - this is a bit sudden for some players (eventho it is obvious that this is the intense section but lower difficulties must avoid this), depends on play-ability but this is so unpredictable since this is the only part that has 2 notes incoming
I highly recommend making it a 1/2 slider maybe change depending on feedback, i don't think it's that sudden since the previous combo also acts as a build upHD00:53:749 (3) - Im questioning myself about this kind of spacing since it is emphasized well but maybe reduce it to 2.35x instead? (however, it looks a bit inconsistent) done
00:35:567 (3,4,5) - same here because I feel like it is all of a sudden from 1.2x spacings and then a 1.8 jump in a Hard difficulty (It can be reduced but not drastically) because its a major problem that it can be seen how far this note can be and how near this note can be nerfed spacing a little

Ok I understand what you're getting at here and have applied some of your suggestions, although I think you need to look at what I'm following at each section of the music, and the style of the map in those specific sections. I try to keep a consistency throughout the map for each section, and whilst I have emphasized some of that in the chorus I could also emphasize it a little better (which I have done so) but I have not changed any of the spacing in the lower section purely because of the intensity of the vocal/drum section that I am following.
I did watch that video you linked and it did give me some tips (and also helped me a little for my course at uni) but most of it was inapplicable due to the difference between horror games and rhythm games, some people find more relaxing maps more fun than crazy jump maps and due to the nature of this song I decided to go with a more relaxing style with appropriate climax points instead of bigger jumps at occasional places to emphasize one part better and another part worse. I hope this made sense XD
