Mistake in song setup general is that you placed difficulty named "advance" and it should be ADV as short or Advance(d) with "D" however this one is the smallest one lets get too the source where you placed " *-* " an emote source basically means from where is anime used lets say i wanna make steins gate anime song named "Gate of Steiner" Gate of Steiner would be the title of song and steins gate would be source because its used from steins gate anime How too fix - just add Advanced on your difficulty and add from what anime is the song on source

You need at least 1 Normal difficulty if you want your map too be ranked with shooting kudosu stars How to do - Make one difficulty that is under 2.5* and shoot as many kudosu star you can

Your picture is size of 4:3 so when you play the map you see on left and right size black (only 16:9 users like me) now that can bother most people How to fix - I suggest too find some picture online that is minimum size 16:9 or 1600x900 resolution so it will be full covered for all people

Offset is wrong the song offset is NOT 5.823 its 175also the preview point is not set-up How to fix - simply go to the timing set 175 offset and up where is file,edit,view,compose,design and timing click on timing and last one click on set preview point

I just point out some errors. You can use it to apply to others section with the same errors

After I test played it, these are the common errors that I noticed (usually happen for new mappers):
- you placed some notes where there is no sound like here 00:03:881 - you can use LN's for long sounds instead.. try to playback rate it to hear it clearly and precisely
- you placed single notes for loud sounds, it should be doubles/triples to emphasize the sounds (unless its easy diff)
- and you placed doubles even though its a low sounds... like from the piano part

Anyway, the flow of pattern is good to me even though its you first map just need some improvement.

I saw your Beatmap and i have to say i kinda like it but i saw some things that yoiu need to fix
Thats why i'm here. a quick random passing by.

The ratio of your BG is kinda strange. The best you can use is always 1366x768. Try always to find a BG in such a ratio.
I did find a very good one that is same like your just in the perfect ratio. Get it here: click

Disable Widescreen Support in all diff's where you have it active.
You can find it by press F4 -> under "Design"

Also i notice your Map is not hitsounded. If you would like to rank this Map you have to add hitsounds.
This is in the Ranking Criteria.
Hitsounds are important because the player expected a feedback by pressing a note. With the hitsound he can hear what exactly he press.
You can use default hitsounds or browse through Lord Raika's Userpage. He has there a great list of Hitsounds. You can find there really everything and i'm sure when you look a bit into it you can find some that will fit awesome to your song!
Also raise the volume a little bit. osu!mania maps use usually about 40-50% Volume.

I suggest to use Offset: 175 (Please change it AFTER Apply my Mod because the Mod is with the old Timing Points)

To Kiai. While your Kiai what you have is pretty good set i recommend to change it a little bit. Since you have after the kiai the same part of the song but you didn't add kiai. My suggestions for kiai are:
00:48:175 - Kiai Start -> 01:05:117 - Kiai end (what you already have)
01:10:764 - Kiai Start -> 01:22:058 - Kiai end (add this additional to be consistent with your kiai)
Don't worry when AiMod will say you that you use too much Kiai. It say's this often. Kiai must make sense and with this suggestion it looks best.

00:06:881 (6881|3) - Move this note to column 3. You can emphasize the guitar in the background really nice since these all notes here 00:05:823 (5823|0,6175|2,6528|0,6881|3) - layer the guitar here. It gives a really nice feeling while playing.
00:07:587 (7587|2,7940|3) - Move these one column to the left and 00:08:293 (8293|2) - to 4. Emphasize the pitch here. The Violin is here the leading instrument which the player will try to follow. By emphasizing it with notes that you set to the pitch it gives an awesome feeling while playing it!

00:08:646 (8646|1,9881|3,10058|0) - I really highly suggest not do make a sudden 1/2 note here! Really. Not even the Normal does that. For an Easy difficult this are kinda too difficulty pattern. The Easy ends this 00:08:646 (8646|1) - here 00:10:058 - .
From 00:11:470 - to 00:26:999 - . You used all the time. over 15sec only 1-2-3-4-3-2-1 Pattern. That's kinda boring to play. Even in an easy you should try to give the player a bit more variety of pattern.
Why you don't change the Pattern from here 00:17:117 - to 4-2-3-1 and then move 00:20:646 (20646|2,21352|1) - one to the right. For the remaining try to find something where you think it gives enough variety to the song. I'm sure you can do it ;)

00:44:911 (44911|2) - Move this LN 1/4 beat up to 00:44:999 - ! You have used in this part 1/1 Pattern and suddenly you change it to a blue line. That comes really really unexpected and new player will have problems to time it right. While the drum roll begins actually 1/4 beat earlier i suggest to keep the 1/1 pattern here and move it up. That's okay and feels nice to play.
00:45:617 (45617|0) - Same thing for this LN. Move it 1/4 beat up to 00:45:705 - to keep consistency with your Pattern.

01:09:705 (69705|2,70058|1) - Recommend to delete these notes. Even when it's the kiai you mapped your snare with single notes and used the chords only for cymbal. Keep this. Feels nicer to play.

01:41:028 (101028|1) - Same thing like above. Move this 1/4 beat up. Keep consistency.
01:45:352 (105352|1) - Suggest to let this LN end 01:49:058 - . It don't feel like you should map the echo until the end.

00:04:058 (4058|0,4234|2) - Suggest to move these notes one to the right. The Violin has here different pitch and it would feel much better to have these notes on different columns. Make it 1-2-3-4 or, like i suggest 1-3-2-4.
00:05:117 - Add here a 1/1 LN! You have mapped the whole violin but stopped here while the violin is still the leading instrument here! That's a no-no! Just 00:05:293 (5293|2) - delete this note and add a LN on col 3.

From 00:11:470 - to 00:26:999 - . Do not use Chords in a normal for such a quiet Piano! Chords should be used to emphasize a strong sound. And there is no way that this Piano is strong enough to emphasize it with a Chord. Make all to a normal note, even 00:26:999 - . If you want an higher spread to the easy. There some other Piano Notes in 1/1 Beat that you could map, but i recommend not to do it since they are really quiet.

00:33:352 (33352|0,33617|1,33793|2,33881|3,33970|1,34058|2) - This is absolute not okay for an Normal difficult!
You can't use a 1/4 burst while hold in an Normal Difficult while the Easy has just an LN. That's an unacceptable and unrankable spread n your Pattern.
You must know that player have to be bring slowly to more and more harder Pattern while what you have the jump is just too big. No one could play this when he just passed the Easy.
I recommend to change it to following pattern to keep a good spread here:

While the Easy use two LN's and 1/1 Beat Pattern to the Drum you can raise the difficult a bit by using 1/2 beat Pattern and still a LN for the 1/4 burst. It's the best solution to create a good spread here to the easy.

00:34:587 (34587|1) - Delete this note. You just started a new Part in your Beatmap that means you just create a new flow. And suddenly.. you break it! By using only triples. That not good. This sound is not audible enough.

00:35:117 (35117|0,35117|1) - Remove here one note. The only chord in this Part. Pretty random, isn't it? ;)

00:38:293 - This part in your Map is clearly Wrong Snapped. you may not know it but it's totally okay to use like 1/3 beatsnap even in an easy difficult in Mania. You have here unsnapped 1/4 bursts etc. The best solution to keep a good spread also would look like this:

I have continue your 1/2 beat Pattern here that changes later to 1/3! It plays really good and is the best possible spread for the Normal difficult when you look on the easy. Try it!

00:41:734 (41734|1,41734|0,41911|2,41999|1,42175|2,42352|0,42528|3) - Uhh.. yeah. These pattern makes really not much sense. You have there a chord while the drum starts 1/4 earlier an 1/4 double where the 1st note is a ghost note (ghost note means there is a note while there is no audible sound)
and yeah.. you will need to change these pattern.
A really good solution would be this:
It keeps consistency with your 1/2 pattern and the chords emphasizing the cymbal really good.
I also choose these kind of pattern because the notes on 1-4-1-4 emphasize the drum fantastic!

00:43:587 (43587|2) - Delete this note. No need to add suddenly a chord here. Even when there is a Piano in the background additional to the drum. It don't feel like the chord is here necessary.
00:45:352 (45352|0) - Don't let this LN end 1/4 beat earlier :( Extend it to 00:46:764 -

00:49:411 - Add here a note for the cymbal and delete 00:49:587 (49587|2) - since it has no sound. Even when it's on a Mainbeat. You can create here nice rhythm you can follow in the kiai.
00:52:411 (52411|3) - Same thing with the Singlenote. Delete it.
00:55:234 (55234|2) - Same thing.

Okay i will not point out every one. I try to work with my suggestion's i gave you here. You have here different kind of options to create a really nice flow and rhythm in the Kiai. Like using chords for the cymbal and let a break when after the cymbal is no sound.
Try to work with this or try to create something other but the Kiai really need more work.
I'm sure when you take some time you can make something really nice!

01:04:587 (64587|3,64675|1,64764|2) - there is no 1/4 sound :P

Okay i jump to here: 01:22:058 -
You have here a new part and you can create some new pattern to give your song variety.
Give me you a suggestion. I'm sure you can hear the bass guitar in the background right? Why not try to work with it?
While jack pattern (Notes on the same column) would be of course too much for an normal difficult i suggest to make here notes that use only two columns and use this to the bass pitch change!
It could look like this:
The first chord starts with the cymbal. Then i used 1-4-1-4.. pattern to follow the guitar in the background
The chord i used for the snare drum that is really audible here and can be emphasized. Then the Guitar pitch changed so i changed the columns where i used the notes for the guitar. To 2-3-2-3...
Then we have again a cymbal where we use a chord. Again pitch change of guitar and it finished with chords for Snare and cymbal.
Of course you don't need to use it exactly like this but i think it's the best way to give variety into the beatmap, following your style and create a good spread!

From 01:27:705 - to 01:30:528 - . You have here again sounds given where you can create something unique for this beatmap! Don't waste it.
Let me give you an example:
Here i used again chords for cymbal and heavy snare in an consistent rhythm. (Chord, note, note Chord, note note..)
That gives the beatmap something unique since you didn't used these kind of pattern in the whole map!
It also gives a really good spread to the Easy.

Okay, the remaining looks kinda fine. I just want to mention following:
From 01:41:117 - to 01:41:822 - is 1/3! You have to use here the 1/3 beatsnap!
01:43:764 (103764|3) - Also this LN. It comes kinda random and i recommend to remove it and continue simply with your 1/2 pattern :)

[Hard]
OKAY. Sorry that my Mod is so long. Haha. I just really want to help you. I try to keep it a bit shorter since i explained already a lot of things and i'm sure it brings you some ideas how you could improve The Hard.
First again the Green lines. Please delete all mentioned unused Inherited Points.

The 1/4 Violin already begins here 00:03:528 - ! Cut the LN's until this point and start to map the Violin from here.
00:04:764 (4764|2,5117|2) - And here do not use the same columns for different sounds. (:

You can start now to use 3 Noted chords for heavy cymbal like here. 00:05:823 - . But really only for the heaviest. These which emphasize a new Part.

A suggestion for this Part: 00:05:823 - to 00:11:470 - .
I don't think its necessary to use chords for the Bass. There is a sound that is much heavier here that needs to be emphasized. It's the kick! The Kick is 1/1 on every Main/Downbeat. A good spread to the Normal would be to map the kick with chords and the bass with only one note.
Like this:
i didn't catch here the whole part, i just want to show you how it could look.
Also 00:08:470 (8470|0,8470|2,8558|1,8646|2,8646|3) - . Its fine when you want to keep it. But you could make here 3 Chords in 1/4. The chords could look [12][34][12] and make these 00:08:822 (8822|1,8822|0,9175|0,9175|1) - again to single notes. Since it has only bass. Later you can keep the chords since there is a loud snare.
BUT! And sorry when i sound now a little bit harsh.
00:09:705 (9705|3,9793|2,9881|0,9970|1,10058|2,10234|0,10322|1,10411|2,10499|3,10587|1,10675|2,10764|0,10852|2,10940|1,11028|3,11117|1,11205|2,11293|0,11381|3,11470|1,11470|2) - You can NOT add randomly 1/4 stream while there is absolute no 1/4! You have to map what you can hear and there is absolute no 1/4 sound. You will need to change these Pattern. Maybe my suggestion before have give you a good idea for this? Mhmhmmm ;)

00:12:175 - Like said in the Normal. Don't use chords for the Piano. Its absolute too much! Really. Don't do it :( It destroys totally the Piano feeling you get here. Please please please use single notes. In each difficult.

00:28:411 - In this Part you used chords for the hihat. Like 00:29:999 (29999|1,30352|0,30705|1) - etc. That's the wrong when. You can put chords here but please for the kicks on the white line. Aaand from here: 00:32:646 - i recommend to delete the LN here to make something different. As you maybe can hear we have here a loud snare that get's louder and louder. A good way to map it would be a little buildup from single notes to Chords and then finish it with the 1/4 burst! As example it could look like this:
Like said before i have used here a buildup. First single notes for the kick, then i build it up to chords for the snare finished with a burst with hand change.

From here 00:34:058 - you did it almost right! The only one problem i see here is 00:35:999 - this 1/4 with the change of your chords to an other sound suddenly. You shouldn't change the sound you mapped with chords in such a short part suddenly, it often confuse just players.
You should map the snare drum with chords here and don't change it to the kick. A good solution would look like this:
You don't need to worry about the chord on the blue line. You follow here clear instruments and that's absolute okay for an Hard!

The last problem i see in this Part is: 00:38:646 (38646|1) - should be a chord and 00:38:734 (38734|0) - should be deleted since it's a ghost note.
Also 00:38:999 (38999|3) - should be a chord. Try to arrange your pattern here to make it consistent and comfortable to play.

00:42:528 (42528|1,42705|1) - Delete these notes. The sound is here not strong enough to start with chords. Make again a buildup!
Also maybe delete this one 00:43:940 (43940|0) - . A random 3 Noted chord in your Chord mash part. Uh.. not a good idea.
00:44:646 (44646|0) - should still be a Chord because it belongs to the sounds in the chord mash and 00:44:734 (44734|1) - deleted because it's again a ghost note.
00:45:175 (45175|0,45175|3) - Delete one note. Don't use a random chord in a stream D:
00:46:764 (46764|0,48175|0) - Make these to 3-Noted chords. 4 Noted chords shouldn't be used in a Hard difficult.

Okay. I will "skip" the Kiai because it has actually the same problems like in the Normal. You are not consistent with your notes.
You used randomly 3 Noted chords. Sometimes you have snares with single notes and sometimes with chords. Also the kicks.
Try to keep your consistency here. Before you go and delete everything you should first think about: "How i want that the Kiai is played?"
Maybe take a short part of the Kiai, delete it and then remap it. Many player follow the drum in such a part and in such a song, maybe try it too?
Map the snare like 00:48:528 - , 00:49:234 - , 00:49:940 - etc with two notes, the kicks like 00:50:293 - , 00:50:999 - with single notes aaand the heavy cymbals also with a 2 noted chord! Or even use a 3 noted. Try a bit out until you think "Yep, i like it!" Then you can continue remapping the remaining Kiai.

Also: Do not add randomly 1/4. If you hear 1/4 with the drum, Map it! Why not? It's a hard! But don't do it like 00:56:293 (56293|3,56381|2,56470|1,56558|0) - . here is no 1/4 sound.
As example: You have here 00:58:764 - really heavy 1/4 sound but you skip it. Why?

Okay enough to the Kiai.
Now i saw this: 01:22:411 - Like i said. Don't add randomly 1/4. That's unrankable!

01:32:528 (92528|2,92528|1,92528|0,92940|1,92940|2,92940|3) - These are wron snapped. The first one should be 01:32:470 - and the other on 01:32:999 - .

01:34:764 (94764|3,95381|0,96175|0,96175|3) - This is also an absolute no-no! Do not shield LN's. Ever! Especially in a 4K Hard. A Shield is when you use a single note 1/4 beat before OR after a LN. You have to realize that a LN also has a timing where it has to be released. And you have here 170 BPM in 1/4. You can see left on the bottom how many time the player has to react to release the LN and to press the same notes again to get a MAX.
It's less than 100ms!. Now think about it. Do you think you could hit it right in a 2,9* Hard where player with.. mh.. rank 20k-10k playing? I don't think so.

01:37:587 - From here i hear again many 1/4 that you skip. Again, why? D:

01:41:117 - From here the burst is 1/3 Snapped.

Okay that's all. I tried to keep it a bit shorter for the Hard.
Overall it looks good but you need to be more consistent with your Pattern. Especially the Kiai needs a lot of rework.

Okay let's see what i can do here.

00:05:823 - Do you really think you need here 2 and 3 noted chords for the Bass and Kicks? I think it's kinda too much.
00:14:117 (14117|1,14822|0) - I think you followed with these notes the Vocal, but i think it's unnecessary here to map the Vocal too while you follow the Piano, it also doesn't fit to this really calm part here.
This means for every triple you did add here.

00:22:058 (22058|3,22058|1,22322|2,22322|0,22587|1,22587|3) - Actually it's not a bad idea to follow here the Vocal because it's very audible, but when you want to do it i highly recommend to use single LN's for it, since the vocals are much longer and single notes doesn't fit to it.

00:26:822 (26822|2,26911|3) - For what these 1/4 here? There is no 1/4 sound. I suggest to delete the note on the red beat and move the note from the blue beat up to the Main beat since there is really loud piano.

00:28:234 (28234|3) - Recommend to delete this note. This drum roll is not heavy enough to start with a chord, especially while a hold. I think a 1/4 with single notes are enough.
Also 00:29:822 (29822|3) - delete here. You have here kick/bass no need to add here a chord. it don't feel like it would be necessary here.
00:32:293 (32293|0) - same thing like above.

00:25:411 (25411|0,32293|0) - Why you keep the 1/4 here empty while you did map it 00:35:999 - ? I think two chords [12][34] would fit here really good.

00:38:646 - Uhm. These pattern are wrong. Once they are half wrong snapped since it change here to 1/3 and it has a ghost note.
Also it could be more consistent with your previous pattern. A good solution would be:
I used chords here only for the snare drum, but since this is the insane you don't need to follow exactly this! But you should remove the ghost note on 00:38:734 - and you have to change to 1/3 from 00:38:999 - to 00:39:705 - .

00:44:646 - This part is really good. But i have something to fault here:
00:45:528 (45528|1,45528|0) - here this sound is not loud enough for a chord, recommend to change it to single. Or remove it completely.
Then we have here 00:45:970 - still a snare drum. Add here another chord and remove one note from 00:46:058 (46058|3,46058|0) - since it has only kick, no snare drum. You also avoid a unnecessary jack with deleting one note should you accept my suggestion before.
00:46:411 (46411|3,46411|0) - Here we have again only kick so make it to single note and make instead 00:46:499 - to a chord. To keep consistency here.
Also remove 00:46:587 (46587|0) - then. Since again, only kick. And with this you have a consistent chord mash that plays really nice :3
Maybe you like it.

Okay to the Kiai i again say just some words and not "mod" it in the typical way. You are here also very inconsistent with your Pattern. Sometimes you used 3 Noted for a snare, sometimes two, missed a lot of 1/4 pattern and so on. Try to make it more consistent, if you want to read how exactly i this mean check out what i did write in the hard.
You did map here the insane so i think you can of course use these 1/4 that are given for you here!
Like 00:58:940 (58940|0,58940|3,59028|1,59028|2,59205|2,59205|1,59293|3,59293|0,59470|3,59470|2) - . You have breaks where are very very loud kicks are D:

01:10:234 (70234|3,70234|1,70322|2,70411|1,70411|3,70499|2,70587|3,70587|1,70675|2,70764|1,70764|2,70764|3) - This is kinda cool, but i think the LN is disturbing here. I recommend to delete the LN, arrange it and use a heavy 2-Noted Chord mash for this. I just don't feel like a hold is really necessary here, also the sounds are so heavy, the player should really feel what he plays here since this is a Insane difficulty.

01:35:470 - Also the part from here needs rework. You did used two noted chords where it really don't feel like it should be one.
Let me explain:
01:37:411 - make these to a [12][34] and [124] chord. The Mini jack is okay. These kind of pattern are often used and player don't really have problems to hit it, the reason why you should add here the 3 noted chord is because here is a heavy cymbal. And when you use it here, you can remove the 3 noted chord 01:37:940 - where is NO cymbal.

Should you accept my suggestion above you can change the jump stream to something like this what feels way more to playing the music:
it follows the snare really nice and changed into a heavy chord mash because the snare drum gets more and more heavy here. Also it gives really nice variety to your pattern!

01:39:528 (99528|2,99528|0,99617|1,99705|2,99705|3,99705|0) - here you have mapped the quieter bass with a chord while the really loud snare has only one note, how about change it? Map this with more notes what is actually more audible.
01:40:234 (100234|0) - Remove. Keep single notes for the 1/4 violin. Not audible enough.

01:41:117 - From here your Notes are again wrong Snapped. You have to use 1/3 here since the beatsnap also changed to 1/3.

I thought it would be just a quick look with some suggestions but i noticed that this beatmap has really A LOT of potential to get ranked with more work.

Okay. I really would like to see that you keep the work up here with the Beatmap and rank it some day!
Should you need any help with apply my Mod/suggestions into your beatmap poke me ingame whenever you see me. I can help you when you can't understand some of my points.
