This request is to give the skinner the ability to change the star style in the song selection menu to version 1 (bar) or version 2 (pop-out). Some people think the version 1 star style over the version 2 style goes well with their skin.

while we're at it spinners and the song select menu buttons should get their own skin.ini line. I always thought it was kind of annoying that you couldn't have one style of these elements without reverting back the whole skin version
