Personally I use a Wacom Intuos
Even the affordable one that I got cost $129.50 which I've been using for almost 2 years and still have no issues with
irrelevant to game-play , I love the fact it's silver instead of black makes it easier to keep clean, meh I dunno I find black hides any kind of dirt better
and despite having drawn so much with it, it still hasn't gotten any line/scratch marks from the stylus
10/10 would recommend this one~
buuuuuut then again I haven't dabbled between many brands or drawing tablets to make a fair comparison

Huion 420 would be recommended as your entry-level tablet if you only intend to play osu with it. It's served me very well

I just bought a CTH-480 Wacom, Felt like a big difference from my old CTL-460 but thats probably non-sense.
I made a quick video of my tablet
Tried using more expensive options like Intuos Pro and this thing and ultimately the h420 is the best thing out there so far
