Your osu!store order #70 was sent without an invoice affixed to the front of the package due to an error on our part. Because of this, the package may be currently held up in your country's customs offices pending the presentation of an invoice listing its contents.
To resolve this, you will need to contact your local post office and notify them that you wish to check on the status of a package in transit, citing that you are concerned it may be held by customs. You will need to supply your tracking number and the invoice for your order to them - make sure to take along an extra copy with you in case they need to keep it. You may be required to pay additional fees depending on your local customs laws.
