so i just got my huion 420 and its okay i guess.
is there anything that i should change in the settings so that i can make my gameplay better?
like any changes?

I recently bought a Wacom tablet however I still prefer my osu tablet due to a problem I have whole playing with the Wacom tablet. I not entirely sure what causes it but occasionally my cursor will freeze up while using it. I've watched a few helpful tutorials however the issue seems to be something other than input lag. Hopefully if anyone posts something helpful it could be of use to as well. Thanks for posting this and I hope someone can assist you.

It's been so long since i set up my tablet but I think turning on raw input is a good idea. Other than that make sure your area is comfortable for you. If you're having trouble with input lag Happystick posted a video explaining a few ways to resolve it.
