  1. Past the intro your NCs are a mess, just place one very measure, and occasionnally on jumps or weird rhythm etc
  2. the intro's SV is way too fast for the intensity of the song and the section, making the part feel too overwhelming with a lot of cursor mouvements for not much
  3. 00:13:427 - map on this beat, otherwise it feels very lacking, especially with nothing on 00:13:599 -
    Also I'd advise not to stack 00:13:082 (3) - perfectly on top of (1) to prevent confusion

  5. 00:20:668 (1) - Players can't possibly predict this SV, there are no rhythmical cues for the player to understand that this slider is accelerated this much, apart from 00:21:185 (1) - which comes in too late for the player to anticipate anything

Generally, and more specifically for Kiai, you use to much DS and linear flow, making the map feel underwhelming as a whole and awkward to aim and play, like for example: 01:12:392 (1,2) - just ctrl + g (1) and (2) individually, and you already have a more interesting a fun pattern, or 01:14:461 (3,4,5) - linear flow with changing SV, very awkward to play, just try yourself with your mouse/pen only to go in a same direction but changing the speed constantly, it really feels forced
[Light Insane]
  1. 00:08:082 - feels lacking, and the spacing of 00:07:565 (3,4,5,1) - is basically the same everywhere but the rhythm isn't the same, which is confusing to read. I'd suggest even stacking (5,1) to emphasize the break in the rhythm, and inverse 00:08:254 (1,2) - :
  2. This will be a general mod, because there's so much to cover a case by case will waste our time:
    Be careful of your flow, you have a lot of unjustified linear flow like 00:38:254 (5,6,1) - 00:32:047 (3,4,5) - 00:59:979 (5,6,7,1) - a bit everywhere which make the map awkward to play. Don't forget it concerns sliders as well, 01:44:461 (4,1) - for example has two sliders going in the same direction but making the cursor accelerate and slow down in a weird way
    The spacing feels too random, important beats are often ignored while more normal ones have too much emphasis, for example: 01:08:254 (5,6,1,2) - (5,6) and (1,2) have the same spacing yet (1,2) sounds considerably more powerful, or 01:32:047 (3,4,1) - with (3,4) having a large spacing for no reason and then nothing (a stack) for (1)
  3. I noticed you have this kind of slider pattern 00:11:013 (1,2) - a bit everywhere, it works under certain circumstances, but not here, actually I don't think I've seen it work even once in your map
[Easy]
  1. 00:16:530 (1,2) - put those at the beginning, you were doing a nice build up, just to ruin it with long and boring 3/1 sliders
  2. 00:24:461 - you should map this, either with a circle or deleting 00:24:806 (1) - and putting a slider beginning on 00:24:461 - until 00:24:806 -
    This concerns all other patterns with the same issue
  3. 00:26:530 (4,1) - slight overlap
  4. 00:32:392 (4,1) - try to make them parallel, like this:
  5. 00:44:116 - erm you should map this part, no reason not to since all the other diffs have it (except Kencho's but you should tell him to map it as well)
  6. 01:09:634 (2,4) - unreadable for beginners
  7. 01:17:220 (1,2,3) - try to make your blankets with the same spacing, looks better and consistency in design makes everything feel "professional"
The other ones are mostly fine so I won't mod them, these are the diffs that need to be improved the most

This is a bit tough to explain everything properly, most of the issues just comes from a lack of mapping experience, just keep trying things, remember my advices and good luck

  1. 00:13:772 (1,2) - It seemed that your blankets are still pretty off. Try to use approach circle as a guide to make a perfect blanket. As you see here, this is your current blanket http://puu.sh/o9i1b/98a9ee0f61.jpg it's pretty off because it's not covering the approach circle perfectly. To do a perfect blanket, firstly, adjust the approach circle so it would be placed at the slider's body line, use 25% playback rate to make it easier. You can also change the note position in timeline if necessary to make it clearer, like on your case, I moved the circle to red tick. Then adjust the slider body so it would perfectly align with the approach circle like http://puu.sh/o9i8i/afa76d1467.jpg Pay attention to DS afterwards since it might change. It might seem little, but blanket is pretty much important to make your map looks neater. 00:15:151 (3,4) - this still off too, and maybe some other blankets, try to check them yourself ;)

It would make a nice dynamics :D

I think Light Insane should be simply named Insane because it's 4.36 stars and it's a standard diff for Insane. Light Insane should be around 3.8 until 4.0 stars.
And the actual Insane should be named Extra or use some kind of custom name since it's reached 5 stars and is qualified enough to be titled Extra (Edit: I took a quick glance and it's really Extra, not Insane. 01:13:082 (3,4,5,6) - This is a pattern for Extra)

  5. 00:44:116 - erm you should map this part, no reason not to since all the other diffs have it (except Kencho's but you should tell him to map it as well)
  6. 01:09:634 (2,4) - unreadable for beginners
  7. 01:17:220 (1,2,3) - try to make your blankets with the same spacing, looks better and consistency in design makes everything feel "professional"
The other ones are mostly fine so I won't mod them, these are the diffs that need to be improved the most

This is a bit tough to explain everything properly, most of the issues just comes from a lack of mapping experience, just keep trying things, remember my advices and good luck

  2. 00:13:772 (1,2) - Blanketing upcoming objects is generally not a good idea for flow in easy, since they almost always force sharp turns, which really makes the flow awkward considering that you've got two of them right after each other. Try something like this:
    First, move 00:12:392 (2) up, so the other notes don't hit the floor of the screen. Then rotate the sliders a bit and reorganize them as in this image or similar:
  3. 01:17:220 (1,2,3) - Bad flow, Ctrl + G 01:17:220 (1) then move to 354, 200
  4. 01:09:634 (2,4) - Refrain from stacking in easy. Objects should be visible from the moment they appear.
  5. 01:20:668 (2) - Tail is on downbeat, consider making it clickable. Refer to other kiai areas, for example what you've done at 01:10:323 (3,4) .
    Guess I'll explain this shortly: Downbeats (large white ticks) are often loud sounds in the song and as such wouldn't make sense to lift your finger on. Plus, by having downbeats clickable, it also allows the player a point of reference to the rhythm.
    Anyway, whether downbeats are clickable or not should, for the most part, be consistent over all similar parts of the song (all kiai areas, in this case).
  6. 01:41:358 (1,2) - Too short combo, plus it's inconsistent, look at the other kiai areas. You should also change the color of 01:28:254 (1) to light blue because of the break at 01:25:496 which doesn't force an NC, and thus causes a combo inconsistency for the other kiai areas.



  7. 01:40:668 (3,4,5) - This is going to be very confusing for newer players who are still learning the time to distance principle, which we mappers and modders are supposed to make sure they learn from early on. Basically, don't place later notes closer than, or even at the same distance as, sooner ones. This generally also applies to normal. You should basically be able to see, from your last position, which notes come first on a still image of notes without numbers or approach circles. Imagine it like this, for example:

    As you can see, even doing a new combo here because of it doesn't help. Unless they've memorized it from previous encounters, they will most likely click on the closest note to the last position, as if that note were at 01:41:013 on the timeline. So consider changing this.

  1. This map has way too many notes for normal. It's almost like if it's mapped for hard, but with normal pauses and flow.
    Also because of all the stacks, the difficulty rating is still low. It goes off of aim and speed strain, which means that the more you space notes on the screen and closer you put them on the timeline, the higher the rating goes.
    I'll give some suggestions (Even after removing notes and keeping more to DS, the difficulty increased).
  2. 00:22:565 (2) - These notes, for example, do not have to be stacked and neither do these 00:26:703 (2) . Well, I'm sure you'll find a fitting interval for stacks, just remember to space most of them out, otherwise it'll get repetitive and decrease SR.
  3. 00:23:254 (4) - Remove note, too many at the moment, will also emphasize the next downbeat by doing so.

Just a little suggestion about diff name
I think Light Insane should be simply named Insane because it's 4.36 stars and it's a standard diff for Insane. Light Insane should be around 3.8 until 4.0 stars.
And the actual Insane should be named Extra or use some kind of custom name since it's reached 5 stars and is qualified enough to be titled Extra (Edit: I took a quick glance and it's really Extra, not Insane. 01:13:082 (3,4,5,6) - This is a pattern for Extra)

    Anyway, whether downbeats are clickable or not should, for the most part, be consistent over all similar parts of the song (all kiai areas, in this case).
  6. 01:41:358 (1,2) - Too short combo, plus it's inconsistent, look at the other kiai areas. You should also change the color of 01:28:254 (1) to light blue because of the break at 01:25:496 which doesn't force an NC, and thus causes a combo inconsistency for the other kiai areas.



  7. 01:40:668 (3,4,5) - This is going to be very confusing for newer players who are still learning the time to distance principle, which we mappers and modders are supposed to make sure they learn from early on. Basically, don't place later notes closer than, or even at the same distance as, sooner ones. This generally also applies to normal. You should basically be able to see, from your last position, which notes come first on a still image of notes without numbers or approach circles. Imagine it like this, for example:

    As you can see, even doing a new combo here because of it doesn't help. Unless they've memorized it from previous encounters, they will most likely click on the closest note to the last position, as if that note were at 01:41:013 on the timeline. So consider changing this.
