Problem Details:
I seem to be having the same problem as these three t/422899 p/4906197 p/4904759 . Just as the third links says I have two monitors of different resolutions so perhaps that has something to do with it. When the other person said they couldn't change to experimental they meant you can't actually click anything on the menu itself. The oh no! crash screen won't allow it. GPU is a GTX 780 with most recent drivers.

Probably should also mention this happened rather suddenly. It worked just the night beforehand.

Edit: Somehow an outside program (flux) was causing the problem. osu! opens fine now after I uninstalled it.
