Okay basically I'm just gonna do general suggestions and timing checks or whatever, kinda lazy to repeat over and over to check the notes one by one, so...
Don't give kudosus if you don't approve mods that doesn't have to do anything with the notes :\

This is my first mod:

General
-No big deal increasing the HP Drain to 9, but I suggest reducing the OD to 8~8.5 because of LNs and hold streams.
-Consider placing the notes from 02:04:642 - to 02:05:542 - similar to the pattern like 03:59:842 - to 04:00:742 - or the opposite
-Add kiai points 02:44:242 - ~ 03:02:242 - and 04:01:042 - ~ 04:19:042 - ? Because these parts of the song are also very strong.
-Have someone to make a 4K GD, MORE KEYS MORE PLAYERS!!! huehuehue

Timings
-Points 00:43:942 - and 02:05:542 - reduce the speed from x10.00 to x1.5?
Because speed x10.00 seems very hard to catch, notes appeared too suddenly. Consider nerfing the speed so players can be more awared for the next notes.
-Points 02:05:579 - and 02:05:579 - move to 00:44:092 - and 02:05:692 - (Only apply this when you decided to apply the timing changes above)


This is my mod for now, hope it helps out. Anyway, before applying the SV changes, be sure to Export the whole mapset, to prevent the map getting "destroyed" bt the mod.

01:52:642 - I'm not sure... but I think you should add another note for the piano (unless you have the score)
02:05:542 - uhh... this feels overmapped imo, 2 notes should be fine I think
02:35:092 - there's piano here... add notes probably? (just like the rest of this particular part)
03:36:892 - add LN for beep?
04:00:743 - similar problem to 02:05:542 (remove 2 normal notes?)

그러나 이 후 파트에서도 00:35:467 - 이런식으로 2코드를 사용하신걸로 보아, 맨 처음 파트를 변경하시는게 나을듯 하네요.

앞부분에서는 텀을 둔 파트가 많았고, 굳이 다시 텀을 살리자면 메인 피아노 흐름이 한번 끊기는 여기가 나을듯 하네요. 단지 피드백을 제공하기 위해 다시 이러한 텀을 준 파트들을 눈여겨 보실 필요는 있을듯 해요.
