i am lazy to check all timing with lens, but it's sutable for timing( BUT can be much better till it's a lot of mistakes start with first section like 00:00:642 - tick should be earlier lol but not really important for my point of view)
Main mistakes:
01:10:210 - this section should be same meter size as 02:14:166 - and i suggest use 3/4 here
02:43:870 - this section is 5/4
03:19:274 - never use new section on red tick. In 99% cases you destroy songs' meter. overall instead this 3 section better use:

maybe you just lost rhythm when you time it. dont forget that song works on 5/3(!) and 3/3(!) meter.
Also maybe somewhere better audio qulatiy? it looks like mp3 was transfared from vbr to cdr.

Well, honestly i prefer charless' method. And also my perfectionism :D
Not really necesary but i prefer to accent on it in my mods.
