This process should take up to months, but after that, you should have a good enough understanding of mapping to make rankable maps, and, hopefully by the end of this you would have your first ranked map!
- The last step is to refine your knowledge of mapping into your own style. Usually this step comes when you find out that no matter what you do, you yourself do not like your own mapping. That is good because that means you are trying to improve. Hopefully by now you've found yourself a mapper that you absolutely look up to. The mapper who inspires you to map. Or maybe even just some maps you really really like. Now what you do is just spend periods studying their maps, and try to copy their patterns and styles. 1) 00:03:314 (1), I would split this slider into a 1x note and then a 1/2 slider. The reason is that the note will follow the music, and then the 1/2 slider will follow the vocal bit. With the repeat slider you ignore 00:03:659 as a strong beat, and strong beats should be clickable.
The pattern I suggested will be in the difficulty level of a normal.
- Applies to 00:04:693 (3) - this and the above to what you mentioned.
2) 00:07:969 (4) - I think it will feel better if you removed this note and instead use a 1/2 slider that starts at 00:07:797.changed

2) 00:07:797 (2,5), 00:10:556 (2,4), 00:13:314 (2,4) - Add whistles to spice this part up. For sliders, apply them to the slider heads only.
3) 00:17:797 (3,4) - Ctrl+g the rhythm and delete the single note. It sounds a lot better imo.1: which single note, 2: I kept same.
4) 00:21:418 (1,2) - Here you use the drum sampleset, but for other difficulties you do not do that. I assume this was a mistake, so you should change the sampleset to auto. A lot of things somehow happen by mistake on here -- noted and fixed.
5) 00:22:969 (2) - It sounds better with a 1/2 slider instead of a single note, as with this you can follow 2 vocal bits instead of 1. Trying to follow set more than vocals. kept same for now.
6) 00:40:556 - 00:51:590 During this part, the music becomes a bit calmer and slows down in pace (not talking about a bpm change) so to reflect that I would use a slower slider velocity. Try 0.8x. I know what you mean, but I left this section a bit more open and emphasized more on the vocals(the primary focus of this section imo) so I am going to leave this as is. I also don't want to mess with sv in hard and below.
7) 00:54:349 (1) - I think you can map some stuff here instead of having a spinner, but currently it is fine for me.kept same.
8) 01:26:504 (1,2,3) - Shift it to the left by 1/4. previously noted.
Insane
1) 00:17:797 (3) - Why go for a 1/4 slider here? I think just having a single note will suffice because the 1/4 feels unnecessary to me.
I think that the way you positioned the notes with the 1/4 sliders looked a bit cool, but then in terms of the music, it does not seem right. However you did silence it so I guess it is ok?
If someone else does pick up on that then I recommend just sticking with a single note instead of a 1/4 slider.I'm keeping it the same because I think the slider puts more emphasis on the note and other people have complimented me for this pattern
2) 00:42:969 (5,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,1) - Why the sudden decrease in volume; there was no feedback from the notes due to the very low hitsound volume. I think the change in volume is not necessary. Green point @ 00:44:349 changed from 25%V to 35%V
3) 00:45:038 (3,4) - If you want to give a little bit of a challenge, then ctrl+g these notes so the player has to do a zig zag like motion. kept same
4) 00:57:624 (1,2,3,4,5) - Perhaps arrange them in a pentagonal pattern if you wish to. The triangular pattern is fine though. kept same -- but I did check it out and didn't quite like it because the song isn't as active as the pattern you suggested imo
5) 00:58:659 You map this area on hard, but not on insane? I find it a little strange. I thought it would give the hands a little break after the stream.
6) 01:20:900 (2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13) - That stream is cool. thanks!

Final thoughts:
This map does have potential; just get some more testplays and let your creative juices start flowing. The hard was a nice difficulty. Fixed lmao
