Osu has not been letting me connect properly in game, I honestly don't know what the problem is. I already disabled my firewall and anti-virus, I tried Re-downloading the game, I disconnected my Wifi and connected again, and I have also switched in between different versions. I have even waited for a couple of hours but it still won't connect. I don't know how to fix this problem

Not to also mention it says I am online on the website even though I am not?

If anyone can find a solution to this problem, that would be great. I really need to log in to the game to submit my beatmaps.

osu! version: 20160107cuttingedge

Can you confirm that you have the issue on the Fallback release stream as well?
Also, can you reproduce the issue on cuttingedge and post the contents of your network.log here?

Yes, I do have the issue on Fallback release stream as well, as for the second part you said. Here is my network log

If you don't mind explaining, but what does the Network.log actually do?

It doesn't do anything, it's just a log of (certain) network requests.

Anyway, that doesn't look like the full log, and if it is it looks like it never even tried to login in the first place.
The connection request looks something like this:
22/02/2016 4:42:29: Request to https://osu.ppy.sh/web/bancho_connect.php?v=version&u=username&h=passwordhash&fx=dotnet30|dotnet35|dotnet45|dotnet45|dotnet4&ch=chatchannels:&retry=0 () successfully completed!

When it checked for updates it initially timed out but succeeded on the second try. This would indicate a wonky connection (probably on your end). You could do a traceroute to osu.ppy.sh and see to see if there's any issues, though if there is I'm not sure I can really do much to help you.

So I just experienced this issue (complete with empty network.log) and have managed to solve it, and reliably replicate it. For some reason I was experiencing this whenever I suspended the WmiPrvSE.exe process (Windows Management Instrumentation). Unsuspending that process immediately logged me in. I have no idea what causes that, but maybe that will help anyone wandering upon this topic looking for a solution.
