Hey, Just some quick things:


Sliders are very slow, increase a lot the speed.

00:30:869 (1,2,3,4) - This pattern is 1/3.
00:41:902 (1,2,1,2,1,2) - Maybe remove the reverse arrows on these because the rythme doesn't sound correct with them.
00:46:547 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,1) - Try something like that, it sounds again weird with the red tick. http://osu.ppy.sh/ss/4577651
00:53:515 (1,2,3,4,5) - It's 1/3 again.
00:59:708 (6) - ^
04:18:676 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9) - ^
04:25:837 (4,5,6) - Every triples like this one are 1/6 notes. (Actually 4 of them.)
04:36:870 (7) - Same here, every triples like that are 1/6 spam.

There is sadly a lot of rythme errors, try to listen to the whole song in 25% speed so that you can hear if *for exemple* the streams you've put sounds correct with the melody speed. I did mentionned a bit of them just before, but try to make them all correct!



Now a bit of aesthetic:


If you wanna make streams, try using DS (Distance Spacing) so that you can make streams with a consistent distance, then try to make cool shapes with them, if you wanna make some other cool shit you can still go to Compose > Create Polygon Circles or Convert Slider into Stream, that is some great stuff.

00:26:418 (3) - Instead of making these sometimes try double-clicking at the same place while making a slider so that you can make cool angles.

Instead of making *most of the time* random jumps, you can try to do some triangles or stars, but not too much ^^.

04:14:031 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9) - Try making this part more intense!



I let you with that, but yeah the most important things are that you should try to do some nice streams, correct rythmes with 1/3 and 1/4 and be aware sometimes of the red tick!

Nah but most of the time you should start on a white tick, you cannot put random sliders on red ticks. There is sometimes a lot of reasons to use the red tick but if I take the exemple of 00:42:482 (2,1,2,1,2) - - , it doesn't really fit well the red tick you know, try to play with that red tick and white tick. :D But don't think you shouldn't be using the red tick, no! The red tick is super important but it can sometimes make they rythme weird if place sliders at the wrong place. ^^

Finally a furioso melodia map that's not extreme! Thanks for making it! These improvements are totally opinion based, so you can chose to change them or not:

Something I thought here was that the streams had some awkward shapes. Whether this is intentional or not, I would look over those and change the shapes to look rounder or cleaner.

Also, the start seemed a bit harder than it should be. The map should be mapped according to the music. Have a more intense part in the music, make it harder than the less intense/ soft parts.

Ok, lets start the mod:

00:21:385 (7,8,9) - Maybe make (7) in a new combo?
00:25:450 (1,2,3,4) - Maybe instead of (1) being the new combo (remove it), make (3) the new combo?
00:53:515 (1,2,3,4,5) - Maybe do this?

Just want to point out at the "I tried" with the stream shapes:

You can use distance snap with streams, it makes it much easier. If you scroll with your mouse, you should move to the next tick/beat. If you hold alt then, you should activate distance snap. Distance snap sets a specific point for the next object according to the distance in the timeline. If you need more explanation on this, you can look it up on osu! academy (youtube)

First of all i'm happy to see an easier version of Furioso :D
(First time i try to mod so i'll tell what i would have changed if it was my map, i think it's the way it works ^^)

00:05:514 (3,1,2,3) - I feel a bit weird to put some triplets here at the begining, i would prefere sliders or cicles instead, like the rest of the intro (reverse sliders would be better at least)

00:10:934 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,1,2,3) - Same

00:34:934 (9) - NC

00:46:547 (1) - 1/6 Would be better since this part is faster than the sliders just after

00:46:547 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7) - They have not the same space between them, would be more beautiful if u make perfect space :p

00:53:515 (1,2,3) - Shouldn't be stacked like 00:52:934 (2,3,4) , it's very hard to see the difference when reading the map, maybe unstack them both and put more spacing for the 1/3 triplet, or unstack the 1/3 and keep the 1/4 as it is

Sorry i don't have time to finish the song, maybe later but the things i underlined are the same things in many parts of the song, i can help you to find them all if you want.
I think that part like this 04:29:515 (1,2,3,4,5,6) should be more present in the first part of the song, it's so much better to play compare to low bpm stream ^^

I have done the following changes to this map.
All these changes have been made in accordance to various player feedback.

00:53:902 (4) - The 1/6 stream here has been reverted back to a 1/4 stream, as the stream in 1/6 is far too sudden & difficult to hit.
00:56:934 (6) - Same as above.
01:13:837 (6) - Changed to a triple.
01:23:127 (6) - Changed to reverse slider.
02:14:805 (1) - Fixed this slider not being snapped to 1/3 like the other sliders.
04:24:385 (12,13) - Added missing note here and changed the slider afterwards to snap to 1/6 instead of 1/4.
04:25:837 (4,5,6) - Changed this triple back to 1/4, since it's hard to hit accurately in 1/6.
04:26:611 (2,3,4) - Same as above.
04:28:934 (4,5,6) - Same as above (again).
04:38:998 (2) - Changed this slider so it'd snap to 1/6 instead of 1/4.
04:56:902 (12,13) - Added a missing circle here and changed the slider afterwards to snap to 1/6 instead of 1/4.

  1. Some of your slider has a, um.. weird shape, sometime just a simple curve is better
  2. Your stream also encounter the same problem, tho not all of it some have quite weird shape, if you want those stream to curve make sure you make them curve smoothly (or just make slider then Ctrl+Shift+F to convert it to stream, for an easier alternative)

  4. I dont think youve succeed in emphasizing the intensity of the song, some part of the map that slow, are instead getting a wider and difficult jump, and another part that have more intensity are, instead, given a smaller jump

well.... i see you didnt follow the sounds in the music very much (at least your map has no reference to all or most sounds). I recommend to listen carefully with 25% playback rate to get all beats of the music
01:24:684 (11) - also (this is not the only example) make sure to make NC's in your streams (which could be a bit more exciting when it comes to my opinion) too
02:36:490 - to 02:39:587 - this is a intense section, so higher spacing fits here well (instead of a slow section which isnt intense at all)
03:21:393 (2,3) - 03:22:168 (1,2) - 03:22:942 (1,2) - and so on.... - streams should always follow in the direction of the previous slider, so its the most pleasant way for your cursor to follow... keep that in mind, i'd really recommend to fix that

well yeah, thats everything that comes firstly in my mind. You should improve on your structure, every beatmap has to be structured either when it comes to pleasant and common slidershapes or emphasizing specific parts of the music (in your case because you do a lower diff of this hard song).

My mod sounds a bit random but I still hope you can get some use of it. I hope you are a bit satisfied with my mod.

00:53:910 (4) - this slider goes regarding to music aswell 2 ticks longer. 00:54:168 - and 00:54:232 - have sounds too - Hm, I left those 2 ticks off because I want to give a small window of time to hit the upcoming slider, but I covered the 2 ticks for now, might have to change this back in the future, who knows.
well.... i see you didnt follow the sounds in the music very much (at least your map has no reference to all or most sounds). I recommend to listen carefully with 25% playback rate to get all beats of the music - that much I already knew, but I left some of them off because in my opinion I think it would make it harder to hit a lot of things if I started to map literally everything and I don't want this to be a 6 star or anything, BUT I will look over it again and maybe change it again.
01:24:684 (11) - also (this is not the only example) make sure to make NC's in your streams (which could be a bit more exciting when it comes to my opinion) too - The slider seems a bit of a random choice for the NC, so I dialed it back 2 notes for the NC. I did know that my stream NC's are inconsistent as hell, but I'll look over them later and try to reach some compromise with how I pick my NCs for streams later.
02:36:490 - to 02:39:587 - this is a intense section, so higher spacing fits here well (instead of a slow section which isnt intense at all) - The intensity is dying down in this part though, hence why I made the low spacing between notes.
03:21:393 (2,3) - 03:22:168 (1,2) - 03:22:942 (1,2) - and so on.... - streams should always follow in the direction of the previous slider, so its the most pleasant way for your cursor to follow... keep that in mind, i'd really recommend to fix that - I don't really see an issue with this, I personally think that your proposed way would articifially increase difficulty, since I believe it'd cause sliderbreaks more often. Then again, I might still change this, so I'll keep it in mind.

well yeah, thats everything that comes firstly in my mind. You should improve on your structure, every beatmap has to be structured either when it comes to pleasant and common slidershapes or emphasizing specific parts of the music (in your case because you do a lower diff of this hard song).

My mod sounds a bit random but I still hope you can get some use of it. I hope you are a bit satisfied with my mod.

I've been keeping my eye on this since you posted it on reddit a couple of months back, I think it's time I give some input.

I just want to say, I don't think this map is even close to being ranked status material. It is lacking in structure in so many places, there are weird sliders, and there are weirdly shaped streams. There is still so much work to be done to get it to the (admitted high) standard for ranked status. I'll try to point out major flaws here and there and we'll see how we go.

For the most part, especially during the opening, most notes seem to be placed completely randomly with no proper care being given towards symmetry and polygonal shaping, and that affects the quality of your map's structure massively.

Just some examples here and there:

00:01:652 (1,2,3,4) -
Misshapen triangle formation leading back to (4) overlapping slightly onto (1), no real symmetry or reason for these slider shapes and the directions they are facing 00:01:652 (1,2) -

01:12:877 (1,2,3,4,5,6) -
Distance between (1) and (3) not the same as the distance between (2) and (4), (5) overlapping onto (3)

01:52:361 (4,5) - These notes should be symmetrical

02:48:877 (1,2,3,4) - You could've made this into a square formation

03:57:007 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - This was actually a really good idea, although needs some cleaning up

04:03:394 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7) - Same with ^, good symmetrical patterns make for good looking maps, there should be WAY more of this in this map than what there is currently

I don't know what you did when you originally tried to slider-->stream before deciding that it looked "off" and decided to freehand it, but almost none of these streams are as neat and tidy and shapely as they could be.

Various "weird" sliders: 00:11:910 (5) - 00:14:039 (1) - 00:14:813 (2) - 00:26:426 (2) - 01:19:071 (1) - 01:28:361 (1) - 01:54:103 (4) - 02:06:490 (5) - 02:09:587 (5) - 02:14:813 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8) (various inconsistent slider shapes) 02:56:619 (1) - 03:05:910 (1) - 03:09:007 (1,3) - 03:18:297 (1,2,3,4,1,2) (inconsistent) 04:27:974 (1) -

I think the biggest overarching flaw with this map is the lack of distance snap. So much of this would look better if it didn't look like it was completely freehanded. You don't need to obey by this DS for 100% of the map (especially not on streams) but having the same DS most of the time makes for a much cleaner and better map.

I'm not saying that this deserves a total remap, as pretty much all of the notes currently placed are correctly timed, but it does need a ton of work. I would recommend you find a good DS multiplier, stick with it for most of the map, and rearrange the notes as you go through the song, you shouldn't need to delete any, just re-position them. As well as maybe fixing some of the wonky slider shapes as you go through.

And also give Slider to Stream another shot. Just remember that, good clean slider shapes will make for good clean streams.

Yeah, I know I can do better.
I was planning to remap this, but eh, lost motivation on that.

I already realize that this map is of horrid quality, but I just have no more motivation to work on it anymore.
I don't care about this map anyway, so what's the point.

My disperagioia and furioso melodia (Team Grimoire Remix) maps are better, so go play those for higher quality shit.

It's old, it's poorly mapped, it has questionable mapping ideas, the hitsounding work could be a lot better. There's a lot of reasons why I hate this map.
