It's your decision, but I think this Easy is just a Normal, with very little movements so it has very low star rating. 140bpm isn't that low to use that many 1/2s imo. Not only stacks, but 02:52:483 (4,1) - a circle after a slider, 02:58:483 (3,4,5,1) - too long chain of 1/2 gaps and many 1/2 sliders worries me a lot.

I'll come back when I have some more time, please consider this before then!

about 02:53:340 (1) - I don't really agree 100%, but I changed this and the last pattern, because they were the only slider-to-circle-1/2-patterns anyway.

about stacks and 1/2's -
I don't think there's a problem with the stacks tbh. I get where the concerns are coming from, because I considered stacks to be "too much" in Easy diffs for Idk.. 2 years maybe? The same goes for 1/2's in lower diffs; in theory this was always a big big biiig NO for me, but when I started experimenting with that and asked low skilled players for testplays and opinions they didn't complain about stacks or 1/2 beats.
They had trouble with too many 1/2's in a row, which is the reason I changed the pattern you mentioned.
And they struggled with "inconsistend" stacks (2/1 + 1/1 + 1/2 stacks etc), so in this Easy I just made all stacks 100% consistent. -all of them 1/2 and a circle followed by a slider. The number of them isn't relevant, I think, it's (again) about consistency. If I used them sparingly players have to think more about how they have to click each time they see the pattern, but when it's regularly used it's maybe "omg what's that" at first and then "oh okay, that's how it works" and then they stop thinking about it because it's the same again and again and again and again and.. yep. There are exceptions, yes, but in my experience most new players aren't troubled by these things.

I'll consider renaming Normal to Advanced and Easy to Normal, tho. Might be better to place this kind of "warning" on the diffs for new players.. xD

* As far as I know, if you don't have a storyboard, you need to turn off Widescreen Support.
* You can literally cut off after 300ms on soft-hitwhistle3.wav. It's 100% muted after that, so it only makes the file bigger to have 1400ms muted section. (wav file is really big compared to mp3)
* 00:37:911 - 01:39:626 - 02:33:626 - I think it's much better to start the kiais on here and also start NC from here. You know, there's a 'foundation effect' when the kiai is triggered. It's better when it appears on the downbeat and also the instruments together start to be intense.

[Easy]
So you made an easier diff now, that's good.
* On the first place, if you'd make an easier diff than Normal, I hoped it doesn't have any 1/2 beats at all (not red line, but the gaps or 1/2 sliders) as Normal is already an easy Normal. Having 1/2 beats itself is pretty hard, so there's not much gap between Easy and Normal now. It's not a big problem, but to be honest, you could never use any 1/2s on this diff and go with 2/1 beats primarily.
Another thing that bugs me is that, since the sv is extremely slow on this diff, 1/2 sliders look really short, and I think it's even harder for newbies to 'read' such gaps. In the perspective of newbies, readability is much more important than just being slow.
It's still enough to be the lowest diff (and to be named as an Easy), so it should be fine. Just my 2 cents that could make this mapset more balanced.
* 00:09:840 (3) - 00:13:268 (3) - 00:16:697 (3) - Even though they fit with the music well, as you already have that Normal to put this kind of hard rhythm, I think it's enough to keep 1/1s here. The guitar sound still supports 1/1s, so rhythm simplication would be better for newbie's gameplay.
* 00:26:983 (4) - 01:11:554 (3) - 01:14:983 (3) - Oh especially for this one, I don't think it really needs to be 1/2. Just follow consistent 1/1 drum here.
* 00:39:197 (2) - 00:41:768 (2,3) - Compare these two. The former one keeps following the drum sound even though the vocal on 00:39:411 - is the strongest. But on the latter one, you could just keep following the drum to represent 00:42:626 - 00:43:054 - but you chose the vocal there. I recommend to change the latter part because as I said, this diff doesn't really need 1/2s and I think it's more important to provide more simpler rhythm for newbies. Actually if I were you, I would use http://puu.sh/nCzYc/fb22260a1c.jpg for the former part because that's definitely really strong, while I'd use http://puu.sh/nCzZA/dc46403c9f.jpg for the latter one because it still fits with the main drums and it's easier. Same goes for similar parts, check them yourself.
* 01:03:626 (2) - Reverse a 3/2 slider? this part's drum is fun, so why not represent it? Same for 01:07:054 (2) - 02:05:341 (2) - 02:58:483 (2) - . It doesn't increase the difficulty much xD
* 01:15:626 (1) - You can reduce it to a 3/2 slider too as the vocal pitch there is strong. Oh you did it 01:29:340 (1) - nicely

* 00:37:911 - 01:39:626 - 02:33:626 - I think it's much better to start the kiais on here and also start NC from here. You know, there's a 'foundation effect' when the kiai is triggered. It's better when it appears on the downbeat and also the instruments together start to be intense. Yesss, changed.

[Easy]
So you made an easier diff now, that's good. the more diffs, the better!
* On the first place, if you'd make an easier diff than Normal, I hoped it doesn't have any 1/2 beats at all (not red line, but the gaps or 1/2 sliders) as Normal is already an easy Normal. Having 1/2 beats itself is pretty hard, so there's not much gap between Easy and Normal now. It's not a big problem, but to be honest, you could never use any 1/2s on this diff and go with 2/1 beats primarily.
Another thing that bugs me is that, since the sv is extremely slow on this diff, 1/2 sliders look really short, and I think it's even harder for newbies to 'read' such gaps. In the perspective of newbies, readability is much more important than just being slow.
It's still enough to be the lowest diff (and to be named as an Easy), so it should be fine. Just my 2 cents that could make this mapset more balanced.

But on the latter one, you could just keep following the drum to represent 00:42:626 - 00:43:054 - but you chose the vocal there. I recommend to change the latter part because as I said, this diff doesn't really need 1/2s and I think it's more important to provide more simpler rhythm for newbies. Actually if I were you, I would use http://puu.sh/nCzYc/fb22260a1c.jpg for the former part because that's definitely really strong, while I'd use http://puu.sh/nCzZA/dc46403c9f.jpg for the latter one because it still fits with the main drums and it's easier. Same goes for similar parts, check them yourself. I kept the first part as it is, because leaving a beat blank before the vocals feels wrong, but I changed the latter to the same rhythm as the first in all Kiais!

hmmh, I guess I could change that, but I don't feel like there's any need to, because personally I _love_ ireggular spacing in Insane. I just used jumps at places where I felt the music becomes stronger/louder/more intense in some way, and sometimes I just increased spacing a little to avoid overlaps (like 00:45:197 (2,3,4,5) - where 4 shouldn't overlap with 00:44:768 (1) - because it makes this unnecessarily hard to read).
The rhythms look good, but personally I don't like random spacings. Like I said, I really like them for some reason, so I don't plan on changing them >-<
