[Archived] Beatmaps out of rhythm (offset ?)

Problem Details:
I don't know if it's anything to do with the offset but i tried and didn't work, (probably tried incorrectly ) basically there is a problem with the game where when i play a beatmap the hitcircles are out of rythm with the song either to late or to early, i also recently got high input lag around 1.5-2 i was wondering could that be the problem ?

Try changing the global offset again, first, set it to negative numbers, if is worse set it to positive ones. Try with small numbers first and then with big numbers (not that high, but you have to try several times to get a correct offset).

If that doesn't help you in any way, try reinstalling Osu!

Do you have any clue about why your input lag was so high?

Reinstalling does nothing; it won't help.

for the input lag try seeing what it's like when osu! is the only application running. I know if I have crome open on my laptop with osu! running I get about 1-2ms more in lag
