Hey Raging Bull, here's my mod as promised.

[General]:
  1. The background image aspect ratio looks weird. Maybe try to find a better picture?
  2. If you can help it, don't use a white combo color if you have a kiai. Don't think many like this, myself included. Either remove the white combo color, change it to a darker shade, or just manually adjust colors during kiai so the white isn't present. Also, maybe you should remove green completely as well, since you're already using yellow (also I don't really see any green colors in your bg, but maybe I'm just blind ;x;) and it's just another really bright color which flashes like mad during kiai.
  3. Maybe add HTT to tags on all diffs? It's a short name for HO-KAGO TEA TIME.
  4. 03:58:964 - 04:26:107 - Consider adding kiai time between these 2 spots as well. I see you like kiai and you used it throughout the map often, so why not here as well?
[Insane]:
  1. 00:00:928 (5,6) - These are a big problem. It's unreadable that they are snapped to 1/8. What you could do it just put them to red and white ticks (even though it doesn't follow the drum 100%) or you could remove them completely along with the other notes in the intro. I suggest snapping to red and white tick because you already started the main part of the song with 00:01:250 (1), which means you missed a drum beat at 00:01:214 (which is good I guess, 1/8s are annoying in stuff like this), and since they are quite loud, I don't think anyone will really notice them being slightly late at all.
    Another reason to snap them to red and white ticks is the guitar, that guitar can be heard far better than those drums that are slightly early, and these would follow that then.
  2. 00:10:392 (1) - Clap at the end of the slider.
  3. 00:10:964 (2) - ^
  4. 00:13:249 (3) - Clap on the second arrow.
  5. 00:16:107 (4) - Slightly nazi, but this note is kinda too far from the slider, it makes the rest of the combo look awkward. Move it 2 grids up (which means moving the rest of the combo(s) as well ;_;).
  6. 00:21:249 (1) - Remove this new combo.
  7. 00:21:821 (3) - I don't really like this slider. It's not really wrong but I have to suggest you something else. You could end it at 00:22:107 and then add another note at 00:22:392. This way those notes would follow the organ in the background which adds a nice touch. After you do that, put a whistle on the end of the slider and on that note, so you have whistles when organ is playing and I think this sounds nice. After all the put the new combo on that slider. It would look like this on the timeline.
  8. 00:22:678 (1) - Remove new combo.
  9. 00:22:678 (3) - Whistle on the end of the slider.
  10. 00:22:964 (4) - ^
  11. 00:23:535 (6) - Whistle on the start of the slider.
  12. 00:33:250 (6) - Add a finish as well, you can hear it in the music.

  4. 00:48:107 (4,5) - This isn't a good idea for hard (and lower) diffs imo. You can keep it if you wish, but I suggest that you make a different pattern.
  5. 00:49:250 (1) - Extend this spinner to 00:50:964, it sounds wrong as it is now.
  6. 01:27:821 (3) - Remove finish.
  7. 01:28:107 - Add a note and place a finish on it.
  8. 01:44:107 (1,2) - This felt kinda weird. Everything is 1/1 and then suddenly a longer slider which ends on red. Try this: end the slider on 01:44:392 and add a circle on 01:44:535. Stack the 2 circles (2 and 3 in the combo now) on top of the slider end for a triplet. Just reposition stuff a little so you don't get silly spacings. (you did it almost like this here: 01:46:392 (1,2))
  9. 02:18:392 (1) - Whistle at the start.
  10. 02:36:392 (1,1) - These 2 new combos are really unnecessary.
  11. 02:40:107 (6) - Remove finish from the slider end.
  12. 02:45:249 (5) - Remove this finish.
  13. 02:54:964 - Add a note and place a finish on it.
  14. 03:35:250 (3) - This doesn't look right. It may be trying to follow the piano, but it doesn't sound nice at all. Also it's disorienting a little, especially since it's not following the whole piano. Just make notes at 03:35:250 and 03:35:392 instead.
  15. 03:35:535 (4) - Another one of those really weird sliders. :D End it at 03:35:821 and add a note where it ends currently.
  16. 03:39:821 (4) - Maybe remove this whistle?
  17. 03:54:392 (1) - Remove this NC.
  18. 04:03:535 (1,2,3,4) - The spacing in this combo is really weird. Either distance snap them or make it more consistent.
  19. 04:03:964 (2) - Clap at the end.
  20. 04:16:678 (5) - Clap on the 2nd arrow.
  21. 04:26:107 (4) - Finish on this circle as well.
[Normal]:
  1. Maybe use circle size 1, looks much better and closer to a normal considering the timeline density? Just try to position certain notes a little better in any case, the spacings are inconsistent at times. Also watch out for the screen borders, some notes maybe dangerously close offscreen.
  2. 00:36:678 (7,8) - Reverse the whistle and the clap. They sound weird like this.
  3. 00:51:535 (3) - Whistle on the slider start.
  4. 00:53:821 (6) - ^
  5. 01:10:107 (2,3) - Fix the positions of these, 1 grid up and 2 to the left.

There you go. Normal and easy diffs lack some hitsounds at certain points, so you should take a closer look where to put some so it doesn't feel "dry".
I might have missed some combo mods and maybe a few hitsounds but it took very long time to mod this map. Hopefully this was of any assistance and good luck.
