00:14:967 (1,2) - I'm not sure about these two sliders. 00:14:967 (1) makes it sound like it's mapped to the background wub and together with you ignoring the melody between the two sliders it gives the impression the second slider is mapped to the next wub, which isn't the case though. Maybe add a circle between the two sliders?

00:31:732 (6) - This note doesn't actually exist.

00:33:320 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8) - Spacing between notes should be consistent here I think

00:58:202 (3,4,5,1,2,3,4) - I think this inconsistent spacing plays weirdly

00:59:438 (5) - wouldn't it make sense to make this repeat once more to match the next beat as well?

01:02:085 (2,3,4) - I think it'd be nice to have the 3 closer to the 2, the way it's closer to it in time as well

every single tap section in the first kiai is just way too widely spaced. It's fine (and necessary) to have wide spaces in a diff this high, but when it's all this wide, nothing has the emphasis, and it's all the same even though the music has some pretty clear downbeats that should be emphasized more. In fact the same could be said about most of the single tap sections in this map
one big example that sums this all up is 00:43:026 (6,1) - much smaller space than 00:43:555 (1,2,3,4,5,6) even though 6,1 should be emphasized much more

00:48:849 (1,2) - 1/8 beat connection like this is inadvisable, especially when followed by a 1/4 beat stream
01:08:614 (1,2,3) - no one wants to play 8 triples in a row like this, mix it up with different patterns
01:19:202 (1,2) - ok honestly why these sliders. There's just no reason in the music to do this

Kilemo's Insane
00:10:732 (1) - this will be pretty hard to read
00:13:732 (1,2) - such an unnecessarily small space when the rest is a lot wider can confuse this with a faster pattern

00:14:967 (1) - the space after this should be larger than the one before, because the downbeat of the song should be more emphasized

From #modreqs, pretty quick NM to point out some major issues.

[The One Who Knocks]
  1. So lets talk about your rhythm in the song.
    1. 00:00:850 (1,2) - I like the rhythm you're using here, because it helps emphasize the drawn out note followed by the short note. This is mapped properly in a rhythmic sense, but the spacing is a bit wonky. On the 1,2 you have a DS of 0.6, but on the 00:02:261 (3,4) - you don't use the same spacing. Consistency is really good, especially on this really calm opener, so I recommend fiddling with this a bit. You should also consider lowering the beginning slider velocities entirely.
    2. 00:06:849 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - So lets talk about the rhythm here. Theres a strong emphasis on 1,2,3,4,6 but not on 5. A good way to emphasize that is have circles on 1,2,3 and then put a slider on 4. That slider (a 1/2 slider) would have a slider end where the 5 currently is helping emphasize that is in fact a different sound level. Then 6 would be a circle. The spacing on these jumps are a bit random, which is disappointing. I'd recommend using DS more often and studying maps of a similar nature.
    3. 00:07:908 (1,2,3,4) - Same for here, you should structure your sliders in such a way that emphasize the changing volume of the melody. The spacing once again is wonky here.
    4. 00:13:555 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4) - This pattern is really out of left field and doesn't really suit the song. I'd recommend following the patterns you've been using until now because consistency is really important in a song that is composed with patterns.
    5. 00:29:085 (1,2) - This is an okay rhythm, but the end of the slider should be on the blue tick rather than the 1/8th yellow tick.
    6. 00:31:202 (1,2,3,4,5) - This is overmapped, as the 2 and the 4 do not exist.
    7. 00:42:497 (1,2,3,4,5) - Same thing for here. What I think you're mapping is the reverb on these notes, as the composer of the song put reverb on the note to emphasize their intensity, but that doesn't justify a stream.
    8. 00:48:849 (1,2,3,4,5) - Same thing about the slider applies here, and the streams.
    9. So after all those points, you should able to look around the map for places where you've done the same thing and apply the changes there as well.
  2. Now lets talk about spacing in a general sense.
    1. The spacing of a song should always make sense. If a song is intense the spacing and slider velocity should be higher than when a song is quiet. You fail to follow that logic (most newer mappers do) in several places. A good example is 00:06:849 (1,2,3,4,5,6,1,2,3,4) - here compared to 00:17:791 (1,2,3,4,5,6,1,2,3,4) - here. The latter of the two is more intense, because theres another layer of synth and theres some weird voice action going on, but yet you have mapped it easier. There is clearly a discontinuity in your spacing and song theory.
    2. Another thing is that the spacing of notes should always make sense. Theres quite a few places where the spacing is just haphazardly large just for the sake of being large. Some good examples are 00:43:555 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - here and 00:52:026 (1,2,3,4,5) - here. I get that you're trying to make an Extra difficulty, but as a newer mapper you should stick solely to lower star ratings as Extras are quite difficult to tackle correctly. These spacings really make no sense in respect to the song.
    3. Like the rhythm section, comb through the map and figure out what you can do to fix this in all your difficulties.
  3. Finally, lets talk general design.
    1. The design of this map, to put it bluntly, is atrocious. But thats okay! This is your starting point, and its mapped fairly to the beat so if you're persistent and try your best, you can definitely get really good at mapping! However, we have to discuss how to start there in a theoretical sense.
    2. There are several techniques you can use to improve the structure of your map, and they're all listed on the Wiki/Help under the Mapping section. Aside from that, lets talk about stream shapes and slider shapes. Everyone maps sliders and streams differently, because everyone has a slightly different style. Whereas I like my jumps to flow into my sliders, some people like the jumps to be perpendicular to the slider direction. The same thing applies for streams. Some people like to map really short curvy streams, some people like to map deathstreams, but the real key here is you should map what fits best with the song. Theres a few ways to do that, but what I'd recommend the most is going into the editor and observing map from your favorite mappers (my personal favorites are Peachtrees and -kevincela-). Another thing you can do is go look for ranked songs that are similar to yours, to get an idea of how good maps handle the same beats and rhythms.
    3. My final advice for you here is never steal anything from a map, whether its ranked or graveyarded. Its a huge crime on osu! so while observing, make sure you aren't stealing. Just learn.
    I think thats about it. There really isn't much you can do with this map, and from what I saw all the Insane diffs will need to be completely remapped - sadly. Theres really not a whole lot you can do to salvage your first map (trust me, I've tried with mine) but every map you make from here on out will be better and better - I can assure you.
