I'd say some combo colors blend too much with the background, for example the violet color and dark blue does quite much on blue background and on Believe diff especially. I highly recommend changing the combo colors so they're readable very clearly on all diffs or even replace background on Believe difficulty.
Also, I don't think the current source is really supposed to be ロボティクス・ノーツ as the official website represents it as ROBOTICS;NOTES like 99% of time. Like, it's in a logo with very small font, so it apparently, it's not given that much focus than the english title. You may check it here.
You may want to add 光井芙美香 and Mitsui to the tags because it is singer's full name and "Mitsui" is a romanization of the name (along with fumika, but that's already in Artist)
kanpakyin must be in tags because he made a difficulty for the map.

This difficulty is really harmed by inconsistent slider tick rate. I think it could benefit from the hitsounds and then, it would make more sense, because Believe gives only more score because it has slider tick rate 2. Using tick rate 2 here too would make them more balanced and could improve hitsounds a lot. Also Hard has almost the same combo and score if this is set to 1, which doesn't make sense.
00:41:772 (1) - All kinds of this slider seem unfitting to me, because there is tense on 00:42:157 - so I'd say there fits a quicker slider on 00:42:157 - rather than stopping on a slow slider.

[Believe]

00:06:195 (1) - I think you definitely shouldn't ignore the cymbal on 00:06:387 - , it's too significant.
00:52:541 (1,2) - Why not a little stream here to make a better emphasis on further pause on 00:52:541 (1,2) - ?
00:29:849 (2) - 00:32:926 (2) - 00:42:157 (2) - 00:45:234 (2) - In my opinion, it would be better with same slider as 00:30:426 (4) - because the combination with vocals seems just like "mapping whatever I hear" rather than "mapping what deserves to be in the foreground", that's just my opinion though, I just think these short sliders are breaking the emphasis on the long sound that you're mapping with those 1/1 sliders.

First of all, I'd say that there are way too many patterns that explicitly follow vocals, which makes some patterns sound really out of the music, I'd recommend to take one more look at the map and replace some vocal-based patterns with mapping to the instruments.
Second thing I would like to mention is that while you use finishes on some places like in very high amount, in some places, which are really strong, you don't use them at all. For example in part from 01:14:080 - to 01:23:310 -

Some notes are really overkill, for example 00:06:580 (36) - already seems overspammed and I'd also say finish fits on 00:06:387 (35) -
00:08:310 (42) - This should go straight out. There is just plain nothing in the song, so why'd there be a random kat?
00:15:522 (82,83) - Would imo fit more if 00:15:522 (82) - was deleted because it doesn't refer to any sound anyway and then you could use finish on 00:15:618 (83) - to make the instrument emphasized a bit better.
00:30:426 (162) - 00:33:503 (174) - Why do important sounds like this have finish on some places, but on others don't?
00:34:945 (181) - k would probably fit more as there is already snare on this note.
00:38:118 (202,203,204,205,206) - Does this really need a stream? I would say that doesn't fit that much for 3 sounds, especially when 2 of them are hit-hats.
00:50:618 (274,275,276,277,278) - Seems like similar issue as above to me.
I think there are too many streams used where they're not much needed and seem like an overkill to me and quite many places which could be emphasized well with finishes are simply ignored or forgotten, I'd recommend to check them properly.
