Looks like a very unconventional place for a dpi setting button. There's a reason for why it's generally centered on top .<.
It was a display model and wasn't in that great of a shape, I guess you can't really call it an rma but since they either didn't mention it or I somehow missed it so I send it back and asked them to order a new one. I ordered the Metal Gear Solid: Legacy Collection at GameStop the other day. They were sold out of it there and at WalMart unfortunately, but the worker there (Pretty cool guy, talked to him on past occasions while waiting for a ride outta there) informed me that it was in their warehouse, and thus won't take too long to mail out. Apparently ordering in-store let me get free shipping, too. :3
