Well what's to say about it... apart from having better internet, it's inferior in every way to what I'm living in at the moment. It was only bought out of necessity because the house I'm living in was sold faster than I expected. Just a small 3 room/2 bathroom house.

I'd think this is a more extreme case. That house needed to be sold desperately, it sold, money is there (otherwise the property value would have dropped too far and the mortgage was too high, QLD property pricing is terrible).
