Why is stuff like 00:40:873 (3,4,1,2) - Of the Ultimate Moe Lord difficulty allowed? Like it's perfectly blanketed, however, none of the other pause-jumps of that section are perfectly blanketed like that. It just looks and plays very awkward, not to mention the inconsistency in that part compared to the upcoming pause jumps makes the jumps that would look fine awkward as well.

I won't change this patern because I want a paused moment here to emphasis the drum beats, and so the player can rest a bit for the jump build up comming after, I don't think it's necessary mapping those blanks, but yeah.. I can agree it can feel akward to play for some players, but this is my style. :/
Anyway thanks for noticing that tbh, I thought it would be akward also even tho I like this patern.
