If you keep slouching like that, you'll develop back problems when you're older.

I'd just shove my chair really far in to get me to sit straight.

use a higher res, and think about how you're sitting while playing. Try to feel you back against the chair and keep it there while doing those sick jumps.

Some general posture tips I can remember off the top of my head...

- Your eyes should be at the same level as the top of your monitor
- Your legs should be make a 90 degree angle with your feet touching the floor
- Back should be straight as much as you can

adjust your environment to fulfil these criteria; there's probably more stuff about this on googel

Turn the light off so backproblem-sama wont notice you. I put this into a spoiler so he wont know what youre planning!

Adjusting monitor and/or chairheight is the easiest way to force yourself into a less curled posture. Rip it from the wall.

This one is a bit false. Your back is made to naturally curve. Trying to be as straight as possible is actually adding strain and isn't natural. Let the back of the chair do its job. As long as you are completely sitting back in the chair and following the 2nd step of the above list, you shouldn't have to lean forward off the back of the chair to get comfortable. Scoot your chair in so that you can sit back and still comfortably reach everything.
