Help with aiming with right hand.

I'm a lefty and I've only started actively playing standard a while ago.
While playing, my right hand always feel numb and there's a burning sensation going through my arm.
Due to this, I can't even survive a 4* map.

How can I play better with this situation?

What do you mean by burning sensation? Your hand is burning just by playing this game? You should see a doctor.

Go easy on the game, you probably tense up like crazy and make unhealthy motions due to that.
Play something relaxing that you can enjoy.

What you just described just sounded like Emiya Shirou with a Holy Shroud covered around your arm.

Just do Trace On before playing and you'll be aiming dead on like crazy.

Apart from these answers in the thread, I'm just gonna suggest taking a short break (anywhere between 1-5 minutes will do) until the pain subsides. Your body will get used to it if you don't interfere with the healing and you don't push yourself to the extent of getting RSI or any wrist injury really.

I can think of three things that would cause such a burning sensation:
1. Having a weak hand and tensing up
2. Playing too much
3. Fire
