[Archived] Black bar when exchanging between fullscreen and windowed

Problem Details:

When changing from fullscreen to window (Either via options or Alt + Enter) the window become "cut" by a few pixels below, it happen when having the same resolution for both windowed and fullscreen.

Ex: Having 1280x960 resolution as fullscreen mode and changing to windowed mode with the same resolution saved will result in the pics below.

It even happen with widescreen resolutions.

possibilities:
1. try running in stable instead
2. your menu-background image is not tall enough (idk)

1. It happening in beta, so I believe it happen in stable as well, or the hell know.
2. It keep happening, I've been having this glitch 2 week ago, and I didn't had Supporter in these moments.

I can confirm this issue, it's also happen to me, the game seems to move up for at least 30 px and slightly to the left for 5 px, but only while windowed.
