Well as the timing is off then I suggest to change all the sliders and so on on the beat. Basically the first sliders are really off.
Also, you should decide whether to skip a beat or not as this can make a lot of confusion to new players. If you skip, then I suggest to have balanced skips every once a while (and of course on the rhytm).
00:34:740 (1) - the part after that contains too much circles too close to sliders, etc. I mean that in some places you have them and in some you don't, this makes it again hard to play. Putting too much stacks would make it even harder to read/play imo so idk I'll see
