In your opinion, what are the best beatmaps at Normal difficulty? I'm looking for actual Normal maps, not ones that are Normal in name but actually quite difficult.

You'll probably have the most success playing maps of songs that you like.

Real normals are 1.5-2.25 stars, you can input "star<2 normal" or whatever to find normals below 2 stars (some might even technically be easy diffs named as normals)

And as Baru said, just try playing maps of songs that you like. Normals aren't really difficulties where mappers can show off their mapping skill, and a song that you like will probably positively affect your experience more than a very slightly better map that requires you to be super picky for you to even find it.

Easy/Normal are all the same. Pick by song till you hit 3.5*, care about map after.

Difficulty naming in osu!standard is the biggest mess ever, especially regarding Easy and Normal-difficulties.
So it's kind of impossible to answer this question as none knows what a Normal-Diff is anyway.
