If I'm running Twitch.tv or a game such as Diablo in the background or on my other monitor my osu! feels like i'm dropping frames, lagging or like my 144hz is 30hz.
This is on 20160121.2cuttingedge, I thought it was a problem with my previous computer since it was low specs but this new one should be capable of much more.
Is this problem with my computer or osu! settings or simply just the game itself?
