Play online if you want your results to be visible to all.

in my osu! file does not have the file [bancho_log] is that the problem？Pawsu wrote:

I have the same problem, i am online i was writing for this on #polish chatroom and bancho was okay, my connection is okay too.

That's the problem. Score dont want to upload. I tried to play this map again, but it doesn't refreshed score on global. Even played other maps, refreshed osu but i wont close the game.

I'm also having the same problem and do not have anyone to help fix it..
Worst I played online all the time, and my score SS in a song does not want to upgrade.

I have the same problem since yesterday.I only play online, my internet don't have any problem and i already checked my firewall and antivirus. Hope they find a way to fix this

well i tried submitting the scores but nothing changed....I do believe it is a problem with the game because yesterday when i was using Tillerino it was saying that the osu database was too slow and he couldn't send a song recommendation, and before he sent that message i was sending my scores normally and i can't send them since then till now. I am receiving the submitting message but even waiting 2 hour it didn't submitted the score of another song that i played and i do know that if i close the game i lose the score... I haven't changed any configurations on my PC, game and on the router of my internet. I am using the Stable (Latest) b20151228.2

Could the new score submission server have anything to do with this?

Same problem here. It sometimes submits my score, most of the time doesn't.
to confirm, is there anything that initiates that the score is attempting to submit? anything like "Score submitting..." on the bottom?

Well... I noticed that everything in Osu! site became tooooo laggy, I gotta refresh the page like 10 times, because it stops loading every time, due to how long it is taking to load the site (yes, Osu! is the only site that way, any other site I enter loads just fine). I noticed that most players who complained here are Brazilians, so I have 2 guesses: Bancho is overloaded with the amount of games being played simutaneously. Or there's a connection issue with Brazil and some other countries, which made some random unfortunate people to have this problem. Either way, it's not something we can solve by ourselves, unless anyone is up to move to another country, which is... you know, not an option.
Well, everything I said is not necessarily what's happening, and if that's the case, I want someone to correct me, but for now, I'm waiting for some fixes on bancho, since that seems to be the problem, and I hope it happens soon...

I've been having this problem for three days straight, messed in all options and no results at all.
I just managed to fix it by closing ALL VPN programs that were running on my computer.
VPN programs = Hamachi, Garena, Game ranger, Tunngle and etc.
let me know if worked for anyone else.

was having this issue for a couple days too, yesterday I tried changing dns and such, but it did not solve the problem and just let it off, came back now and it's working fine. I guess whatever it was, it was solved. Probably a server issue.

Well just like with user @Utena my problem was solved out of nowhere but well all that matter is I am able to play normally again.

if it is: try to see if it's actually random - make sure that it isn't happening at certain times
also, is it stuck on "submitting score" forever, then sends a notification like so: "Trying again in X minutes..."?

Can you also try switching to Stable(Fallback) and Cutting Edge? Does this make any difference?

It seems that i am having the same problem , i am running on osu stable version and i was able to play osu earlier however when i logged in now , it would show my name but a gray box appears on my top left with just my name and whats weird was that i wasnt able to get the chat box to show up and that it wasnt showing any scores and was stuck on submitting score , idk what to do
Well... I haven't any VPN programs, but it still didn't upload. I noticed that Brazilian players mainly were affected too, so my guess was that it was an issue with bancho, and I still think it is, because it solved by itself a day ago. It's working fine now.
I am also having serious trouble getting scores submitted. I've been playing frequently over the last week but only three scores have made it through.

Sure - I've removed the abundant "success" messages, but note that not a single request to "https://osu.ppy.sh/web/osu-submit-modular.php" succeeded.Pawsu wrote:

I seem to have the same problem but I can't find a log file either...
Apologies for the double-post, however I feel it's pertinent to do so:
As a last ditch effort to get my scores submitted, I tethered to my phone's connection, and the scores that had been queued up went through straight away. The notable difference here is DNS, I believe. My home connection is configured to use Google's DNS servers (8.8.8.8, 8.8.4.4).
I don't know what my phone is set up to use, though I could find out if that'd help.
It'll be interesting to see what DNS servers other people who are having this problem are using.

So any word on the solution? None of my scores got through for the past couple of days. Chat and multi work just fine, no vpns active.
