hmmmm, I'll be honest here.
In no particular order (well maybe the top few are more highly ranked in my list):
val0108 (^ except this guy, wtf BEAST totally number 1)
NatsumeRin (rolling girl, tokyo teddy bear, senbonzakura, melancholic, etc.)
La Cataline (Sense [yea not ranked], E.T and a few more)
Shiirn (noisestorm 'nuff said)
GladiOol (a lot of his guess diffs)
S i R i R u (for general anime stuff and storyboarding, he is baus)
wcx19911123 ( ^ )
Nymph ( ^ )
Blue Dragon (self explanatory)
Lesjuh (I know he's great and has really mastered this, but his maps just don't really stick with me for some reason)
happy30 (world's end 'nuff said)
Odaril (three words, GREEN GRASS GARDEN)
Larto (DISTURBIA, his other maps are good of course)
AngelHoney (Identity Part 4)
lolcubes (Hades: The Rise)
galvenize (GOLD DUST MAN, his diff on ampzz G-garden is also stellar)
osuplayer111/Andrea (mostly a copy paste guy, he even admits it himself lol, but out of those 1xx maps there are bound to be some very good stuff like Kuusou Mesorogiwi)
I may have forgotten a few XD.
Pretty much this. He's also one of a few mappers who do actually map breakcore.Charles445 wrote:
4. grumdgrumd is learning very quickly. He has created some of the most genuinely fun maps I've played in a long time, and has an excellent sense of rhythm.
Notable Examples:
Mastication Numerique - Excellent map feel, excellent readability, EXCELLENT hitsounds... yeah. This is a good map.
destruct - "Hey Charles check this map out I just uploaded." Ok sure HOLY SHIT THIS IS AWESOME. THE FLOW, THE SPEED, THE WOW

Yes these are in order1. La CatalineLa Cataline is one of few people who has completely figured out the game. Her maps are all about feeling and gameplay, and boy does she nail both. From ridiculously well flowing jumps to perfectly tuned difficulty curves (within a single difficulty), La Cataline is definitely the most impressive mapper I've ever seen.
Notable Examples:
Chaotic - Best difficulty curve in a map ever. This is in my favorites.
Bangarang - Absolutely insane, but plays absolutely amazingly. Smooth jumps and excellent map feel.
The Legend Of The Black Shawarma - Excellent interpretation of the music that stays strong throughout. Storyboard is subtle and exactly how it should be.
