First of all, you need to have the same preview point in both diffs. Now, the mod.

Always use distance snap for normal diffs (and easy if you’re going to make one in future). Reduce the slider velocity.
00:12:981 (2,3) – Using blue ticks are not suitable in normal since it’s too hard for beginners. Like this: 00:41:839 (1,2,3,4,5) is too hard to be in normal diff. Streamers aren’t good for beginners.
00:15:753 (5) – Jumps are no good for new players. That’s why you have to always turn on the distance snap.
This diff is way too hard for beginners. I guess it’s all because you used the blue ticks and didn’t use distance snap. Well, good map though and good luck!
