Extra Information: Just an HP Bar to replace good ol Rafis' hp bar with in his 1918 skin. I had a friend try to mess with it and was able to come up with: http://puu.sh/qkDBA.png but I'd like the color smears to surround the life bar if possible. That might be a bit too fancy lol but yeah anything to make it look good :D
