00:21:839 (1) - Sounds like this should be emphasized in some way
01:20:048 (1,1,1) - The second and third objects don't need NCs to signify 1/3s, the player should have caught on that the sliders are mapped to 1/3 after the first one
01:20:943 (1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1) - Same with the rest of the section: NC spam isn't necessary as the first sliders have already signified the different rhythm through passive mapping
02:51:279 (1,2,1,2,3) - If this is mapped to the emphasized syllables, maybe stacking three and then two would be a better option. Also, the last two should be emphasized in some way. (Maybe like this?)
04:55:420 (1,2) - This timing can come off as unintuitive, as the same spacing was used directly before with a completely different rhythm

This is an incredible map! This deserves SO MUCH MORE RECOGNITION!
