From what I have seen the game doesn't really work with maps without spinners very well since it doesn't score the leaderboard based on when the score was made. There is no fix to it but having the leaderboard update to having it also base of when the play was made, so I think you're out of luck.

Ordering of scores has been fixed for all but some very old scores. The number display on your personal score however will always display you as the highest of all tied scores as of now. This is also planned to be adjusted.
