00:13:428 - This beat doesn't seem special, but it's mapped differently than 00:12:124 and 00:14:732. The break feels out of place.

00:17:504 to 00:26:145 - The rhythm is pretty confusing here, but it's probably fine for this difficulty.
00:35:928 (2) - The slider doesn't match the lyrics.
