Problem Details:
I've had a constant problem for the entire time I've had osu!, where every once in a while, I randomly start to lag. This always happens at the start/end of a song. WHY?! I've checked and it's not with background processes, and I usually have nothing up anyways, but it lags anyways. Problem with osu!?
