Combo colors don't have to be consist unless the difficulties are made by a same mapper.
Those tuned whistles(normal-hitfinishxx.wav) are from default normal-hitwhistle.wav, well if it's unrankable then let QATs do their work, I have no problems with that.
Others are nazi things, not unrankable, I will reply when this map gets disqualified.

The normal-hitfinishes are no longer default hitsounds as they are tuned/adjusted. So, please fix them before moving it forward.

Also, in Normal, you better avoid repeating reverses in 00:05:941 (1,2) - as it is the lowest difficulty in the set (if consensus has been reached that an Easy is not necessary afterward). 00:49:274 (1) - is worthwhile giving a fix too from my side as I can rarely see any overlaps throughout the diffculty.

Thanks to the frequency of 1/2 rhythms, Normal is quite unacceptable to be served as the lowest difficulty rhythm-wise even though the distance chosen for objects is small with a low 0.9 slider velocity. Furthermore, the spread between Normal and Advanced is too huge (Normal has occasional 1/2 objects. it happens to be too easy to be a Normal and too hard to be an Easy. Advanced has very intense rhythms, like clusters of kick sliders 00:09:941 (1,2,1,2) - and non stop 1/2 sliders 00:51:940 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,1) - ) . Holding on the difficulty of Advanced, I would really recommend increasing the difficulty of the Normal and adding an Easy.

Does anyone have any opinion, especially those who nominated this map? I would love to see some discussions here.

How about decresing the difficulty of both Normal and Advanced?
Hitsounds will be fixed anyway.

More discussions are welcome, I won't rush to requalify this because I'm planning to add a coooool storyboard.

I personally think the spread is really good. The gap between Normal and Advanced is quite big, but so is the gap between Advanced and Hard (and basically the rest of the spread until the first Insane).

The Normal difficulty also serves fine as a lowest difficulty. The 'frequent 1/2-rhythms' are just 1/2-gaps between two sliders which are very easy to play and don't even play like 1/2-gaps at the first place. The 1/2-sliders should also not be an issue. The Ranking Criteria does allow for a Normal to be the easiest diff in a mapset, and this is a simple Normal as you said, so it is fine as lowest diffs.

After glancing through the difficulties, what desperate mentioned seems to be valid. I do find large gaps between, Normal, Advanced and Hard. So, you may want to fix the repeating reverses in Normal only.

Update log:

Fixed all hitsounds delay.
Fixed missing hitsounds in Normal mentioned by 01.
Fixed green line snap in Extra mentioned by Underforest.
Added storyboard.
Remapped some building up parts in Extra.
Remapped multi-repeated sliders in Normal.
Applied changes for yf_bmp.
Changed overall difficulty of Skystar's Extra to 8 upon his request.

Some advice about SB
00:11:941 - 这两幕后面的房子和山我还是觉得来点层次感更好，视觉效果会有很大提升的
00:21:190 - 00:22:607 - 这里都有灯了要不咱在这附近把天空变成深色的夜晚
00:33:274 - Loading这缺字，好像数字也缺一位
00:46:607 - 这里弹幕可以更有动感，用L弄成有循环变化的（S,F之类的改变，参考某些弹幕游戏），整体效果也是大提升
01:07:274 - 从这里开始感觉背景黑色部分偏多，是不是略空了

Update log:

Fixed some bugs mentioned in storyboard.
Added colorful light in storyboard, and changed combo colors in all difficulty to fit that.
Some minor changes in Extra.
