Problem Details: osu! locked at 30fps. Frametime shows 30-40ms. None of the versions from fallback to CE helps.

Windows 10 (just updated this morning)
GTX 960M
SM951 NVMe SSD
8GB RAM

No but I'm on Windows 10. It crashes my computer with a BSOD if I try to Alt-Tab OR leave the game unattended for a period of time when in fullscreen.
