Scoring question

Hello! I was noticing on quite a few songs that some players would seem to get extra points in their scores for no reason. For example, they both 100% the song with all the same mods and get the same score on all of the spinners AKA they should have the exact same score, yet one player got extra points which I noticed under their percentage in the leaderboard. How does this work?

Afaik spinners also award bonus points lower than 1k for parts of a full round.

Isn't there a way you can exploit sliders for extra points?

You can hardly get more than 20 points with this so it only matters on maps without spinners.

Well I was just thinking since #1 on that map has far lower acc than everyone else, that this might have been the case
