Problem Details: Hey guys recently I got a new laptop I have been getting high MS spikes on every start of the song, Or sometimes just randomly happened in the middle of it. I have intel HD 5000 graphics card updated it and then tried but never fixed it when the song starts it goes to 3.1ms then right when a note hits it shoots up to 31ms then drops back down right after that and it makes it very difficult to play and I get 212fps I play on stable version full screen and everything. 
I also tried compatibility with windows 7 and 8 and no luck please help thanks a lot
