Seems discussion is going on and I do agree with some of the points mentioned by Karen after playing all the Insanes in the set (and the current offset isn't very accurate), so pulling it out of the qualify session temporarily.

I will do a thorough check on the map tomorrow and probably have something to add on top of Karen's post to avoid repeated disqualification, so please do not rush to requalify, thank you.

these thing is a bit nazi, you can ignore the all.

Let me participate the discussion about what Karen pointed out as I'm also one of GD mappers for this mapset.

00:45:615 (1,2,1,2) - It's weird to separate these 4 beats into 2 / 2. Focus on listening to the synthesizer(?) and you will notice 3 beats goes from 00:45:794 - . Considering that, I think separating them into 1 / 3 as the synthesizer goes would be much nicer than the current rhythm. Probably this is exactly what Karen tried to tell you. In conclusion, I agree with Karen.
Well we should explain things without "so bad for playing" or something that might sound subjective and cause misunderstanding wherever possible.

I wonder why he didn't point out the exact same rhythm in Depths' difficulty. i just went into all diffs for a quick check and then i found that insane diff definitely needs more work so i check that diff carefully, also i can't get where the same rhythm you meant in depths diff, if you mean 00:57:758 (1,2,1,2,1,2,3,4) - this, i'd say this is not bad, at least it doesn't confuse players, not like that 2/2 pattern in Insane diff, which ignores the music at all.

Take this just as ONE opinion that the old mapper/modder has. Tsukareta (๑¯Δ¯๑) senpai isn't old.

after checking all diffs again, this mapset has no more serious problems in my eyes apart from the issues i mentioned . Good luck with the qualification.

Discussed something on Enjoy's Insane in-game, the following are stuff about difficulties other than hers.

00:22:573 (1) - The NC makes the timing on hitting this really confusing, provided that the pattern before all has a NC on the first note after the 1/1 gap. Either remove the NC or place the circle somewhere else different from the previous pattern.
00:37:216 (7) - Unlike 00:43:287 (1,2) - , the circle not matching with vocal does not suit a stack under a slider end. Adding some momentum is better from my side. Well, playing the difficulty thrice pushes me mentioning this.
00:52:394 (1) - Is this NC necessary?
01:18:376 (3) - What is this note for?
