The 300 looks too much like the 100
The background isn't 4:3, resize it to either 800x600 or 1024x768
Do that image resizing stuff for all the background related things.
Ok why the hell does the screen turn black at the end, you can be more creative than that.
The map needs a lot of combo work. I only pointed out a few. (If you want I can nazi it for you)

The map has a few minor spacing guffaws, but they are minor and probably don't need to be fixed.

Pretty sure the "naku koro" should be capitalized as all the other ranked maps from there has it capitalized

Why use two bg object that's almost the same, you only really need one of them for a SB.

30 seconds in the end of the mp3 is unused, I think it's better if you just cut it unless you want to do something with it.

Have you asked for premission to use those skin elements in this map? If not, please do that.

Maybe move the preview point to where the kiai time are.

Combobreak.wav sounds so..weird. Every time I got a combo break at first I thought something was broken with my computer or the mp3. Can't you have something that's a bit more clear and distinct as a combo break :P

01:21:832 - i find it kind of awkward that you're using soft sampleset here while on the other diffs you use Normal sampleset, consistence?

00:35:332 (1,2,3,4) - hitsound volume is so low that it can barely be heard at all in this section, why do you even lower the hitsound volume here while the other diffs is ok?
00:38:761 - 00:54:939 - Once again hitsound volume is really low compared to the other diffs, this time it can at least be heard but keep some consistence too.
00:47:761 (3,4) - Spacing error. A bit nazi but might as well take care of it
01:03:403 (3,4) - Kind of an awkward mini jump
01:22:368 - Hitsounds are kinda low here, 51% vs 100% on [Episode 1]?

First off, i'm taking the map off the ranking list for these following OBVIOUS REASONS.

You have skin elements that are much larger than the template standard, which is a huge NO. Hitbursts are 350x350 when they should be 256x256. Even the cursortrail dimensions are off. It's 52x51 when it should be 51x51.

bg.jpg is a storyboard only element and is 1000x700 when it should be at least no larger than 800 x 600, but would be MUCH BETTER at 640 x 480. And why isn't it .png?

And do you seriously expect someone to be able to easily see this? Seriously, a slider ball made of fairy dust is not cool http://osu.ppy.sh/ss/68005

What really needs to be done is to...

1.) Fix the skin. I don't want to see "its okay to delete the skin" on the main post". Either make the skin properly, or just go with nothing.

2.) Make the map more playable and reasonable. Its okay to use ideas for mapping, but not the kind that limits the map to more experienced players. Also, remove the silenced sections in the map. 0 volume hitsounds are unrankable.

Some of those issues in the posts are complaints, but some of them are also serious issues that MUST be fixed like this as stated

You have skin elements that are much larger than the template standard, which is a huge NO. Hitbursts are 350x350 when they should be 256x256. Even the cursortrail dimensions are off. It's 52x51 when it should be 51x51.

bg.jpg is a storyboard only element and is 1000x700 when it should be at least no larger than 800 x 600, but would be MUCH BETTER at 640 x 480. And why isn't it .png?

And just to clear this up:

I didn't remove the skin because of any ranking regulations or anything like that, but rather because ztrot kindly informed me that os2 would retroactively force players to play with skins, and I know some people rather dislike this skin (And are more vocal than the people that like it). Since I would prefer those players to enjoy the map without dicking around with deleting it, or being forced to play with it, I removed it entirely.
