Problem Details: sometimes when i click my taskbar will pop up in the bottom of my screen, this happens on the map search/solo play (tap and hold pen and drag to scroll) and occasionally while playing it will happen. most frequently it happens when i try to retry, instead it will just flicker and sometimes tab me out but immediately back in.
i have to run compatibility mode or else hitcircles and my cursor will stutter. i dont run fullscreen because i tab out of osu a lot and fullscreen doesnt let me tab back in (might be a problem as well?) it doesnt fix the problem either (fullscreen)
