Problem Details:
If I play on any other version than the fallback I get around 7-8 ms latency with raw input.
On fallback I get 1-2ms, Im not sure how much of a difference it makes, but I can kinda feel it. Dont know if its just my mind playing games or not, but I felt the problem before I found that I had higher latency.
I've tried turning on and off compatability mode, and all of those different options, and they dont change anything.
