Osu / Catch the Beat

Hello.
At the beggining i want to say sorry for my english.
So far I was playing in osu only in standard OSU mode, but recently i noticed the other modes like ; osumania,taiko, etc.
Intrigued me mode Catch the Beat and i would like to learn how to play it. By now i was playing in osu standard mode. I was learning to play in simply way.
It looked like : I was playing only 40-50 beatmaps which had a music which i liked it.At this time i play 4,5 star in osu.
As i said i want to learn how to play in Catch the Beat. It's really hard 2,5 - 3,0 star no mode.
I have some questions.Which maps to play on the beggining ? Can someone link me good skin to start? Any advice for me ?
I have problem. I don't know how to judge when i will have time to catch slider without dash and when i will need to press the dash.Maybe play all the time with depressed dash ? Or customize to situation ? Thats really hard to play 2,3 star +

You really just play more in CTB, you can also look here and just search for skins that have CTB in the title.

You should also work your way up in difficulty range, try to FC songs that you can do and try to pass songs that are just outside of your comfort zone, Don't try to use your dash all the time, only when needed and only you really can judge that by playing more in CTB or basically customize to your situation as you said.

Some tips in osu! standard mode can also be applied for CTB but for the most part, you just have to play more in order to improve, if you need more advice I recommend you go here for more advice in CTB, those guys will help you out in tips or in general gameplay.
