You know how each profile has their own link? Like if I search my friend RoseMary225 it has her name after the dash.
Mine just has numbers and letters....why? It's not an important question I'm just rather curious.

Do you mean this? https://osu.ppy.sh/u/7198204 it's just the profile ID. Both the actual username and the ID work
It's because you used 
 [profile][/profile].
Your friend also has that, as seen here: https://osu.ppy.sh/u/6869267
