Is your pen only doing that within osu? If so, try setting your in game sensitivity to 1.0.

It's not ingame it's like a physical shkaking within the pen

Try gripping the pen tighter/in a different way.

I have heard same issues on various wacom pen that comes along with the tablet.
I don't find any problem though, pressure sensitivity also works fine.
