i mean, i play with a tablet and a mouse, i don't use the keyboard because i prefer the mouse, it's more soft and i can stream better. but, it is cheating or something? i'm confused...
Could this be banneable or something?

By "tablet" I assume tablet PC, since using a drawing tablet and a mouse would make things more complicated since they'll fight each other for dominance.

I don't think it matters either way. As long as you stay away from actual cheats, you're safe.

Playing with a mouse + tablet is not cheating in any way.

You can play however you want. But if you use 3rd party programs or modify the osu! files/client, then it's different. (Which i hope you're not doing.)
